Highly recommend touring both caves. It's a short walk from one to the other. Both are gorgeous! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The gift shop has a great selection and great prices (shocking for a gift shop) and located just outside Harrison, AR which has tons of amazing hiking in the area. Plan on spending about 2 hours.

My family and I stopped here on our way back to Minnesota. Kyle was our tour guide in both caves. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the caves and pointing out points of interest in those caves. Very beautiful and interesting. I would suggest that going in both caves. The gift shop has a lot of different rock formations to purchase as well as other items. Make sure to wear good shoes, jeans, and might need a light jackets. The caves are cool, wet, and damp in various spots on the walking path. This place is definitely worth the stop and going through the tours. My family and I really enjoyed it!

I actually got a personal tour. No one else came at the time I did so I had the caves all to myself. The tour guide was informative and the caves were beautiful. Only true LOTR fans will understand this but I kept thinking of the Mines of Moria.

It was my kids' first time seeing a cave and this was perfect for them. The group was small and the tour was just a little over 30 min for each cave. Loved hearing the history of the caves. Our guide, Tiara was great!

Great tour and lots of infirmation from the guide. Beautiful and unique place to visit. We went with a school field trip so were with a group but it was not too crowded with the people we had. Tour guide did a great job of describing the caverns and giving some of the history of it. Definitely worth seeing.

The caves are great but the small shop was overwhelmed with people, leaving the staff confused. They overcharged 2 out of 3 in our party and we were required to go back to the end of the long line to get it sorted out. In the end, it was all settled and we enjoyed our tours.

A bit pricey, but the tour guide was knowledgeable even when asked random questions by patrons. One cave has more landings and "rooms" so that tour was more fun, but the other has it's own unique beauty to enjoy. They also offer free water and the gift shop is full of geodes and the like, other vending and restrooms also available.
