We stayed in a double twin room, the beds were comfortable and very clean and we really enjoyed the view of the lake. Staff were very friendly and approachable, we met the housekeeping lady who kindly stocked us up on lots of tea for our two nights stay! There was a very strong fishy smell on the carpet in one area of the room, where I think fisherman put their fishing tackle. There was an issue with the condensation after a shower, leaving everything very wet whenever any of us needed to use the loo afterwards for ages, everything was very wet to the touch. The balcony decking could also do with a deep clean as it didn’t feel clean enough to sit outside so we didn’t use it. At night the room was extremely hot but the window didn’t open and we couldn’t adjust the heating/aircon ourselves despite trying for ages, and no way to get in touch with anyone, so we had to leave the balcony door slightly open to get cool air, which meant the lodges cat paid us a visit at 2am which was a shock (we love cats but not ideal). We would have fed this back on checkout but there wasn’t anyone at reception even though we checked out on time, which also meant there was nobody there to buzz us out of the gate when we were trying to leave. Not a massive issue but a bit inconvenient! Overall, a nice stay, just a few improvements needed!

They really need to tart up the outside area, I appreciate that there is ongoing renovation but there is not one finished appealing area. Judging by other reviews this was the same back in 2021 and nothings changed.|Reception / cafe was untidy and looked like a dumping area. Badly stained seating. Put me off having anything from there.|As for the corridors and rooms, they need painting, peeling paint everywhere. Room was fairly clean, but a vacuum hose up by the ceiling to get rid of the spiders would have been nice.|Bathroom are lethal - who puts cheap laminate on a bathroom floor? All lifted and swollen from water splashes. Very slippy and nothing to hang onto. Nice touch with the controls to fill the bath but means you have to get out of the bath if you want to add water, which I had to as the plug didn’t fit snugly and overflow was loose. |Lights controlled by fancy iPad. Totally unnecessary, more trouble than it’s worth. Room temperature fluctuates but thermostat was locked with a PIN number so we were either to hot or cold.|Plus side-the lady that cleaned the room and the lady on reception were both lovely.

Just returning from a 1 night stay with my husband to belatedly celebrate our wedding anniversary and will 100% be returning.|Check in was super easy, we were met by a. Very friendly lady and a beautiful cat. We were told that the kitchen was closed, but not an issue for us as we didn't plan to use it anyway and had picked an evening picnic.|The room was lovely, could perhaps do with a lick of paint but was clean, bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is modern and clean. The shower was exceptional.|A complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was much appreciated and went down a treat .|The view from the the terrace was amazing. Massive carp swimming up to be hand fed! |Overall a fantastic experience that we shall definitely be doing again. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny.|Thank you.

This was booked as a birthday surprise and oh my what a surprise it was. It was my version of heaven, the beautiful lake with the ducks as well as fish, the trees, the lodge overlooking the lake was nothing more than spectacular and the room was filled with all the latest gadgets you could need, complimentary water & tea/coffee, big bed and a mini fridge. The show stopper was the hot tub, it was WOW, chilling in the hot tub overlooking the lake and trees. I would 100% recommend and we will be back, we loved it

I absolutely enjoyed my stay - the staff are consistently friendly & helpful, the room & outlook was perfect. Yes, I daresay the room is getting due for a makeover on the decorating but nevertheless it was most acceptable for me. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, the 10pm noise curfew was adhered to by the guests and I had an excellent nights sleep. I would most definately stay there again.

Lovely location with a beautiful lake view the rooms was big and had everything you needed for a comfy stay however, the room smelt very damp with damp patches on the wall and ceiling, outside on the decking cobwebs everywhere so a little feather digester would do the job. Went for a walk and beer cans , rubbish,broken chairs everywhere . All in all did the job for 1 night but just needs a little fairy to wave the wand and make it a fantastic retreat.

Our stay at the Waterfront Lodges in Bedworth was nothing short of perfect, a truly magical experience from start to finish. The setting is calm, serene, and surrounded by nature, with alpacas, goats, pigs, and even an emu adding a charming and peaceful atmosphere. We had a beautiful waterfront-side room where we loved feeding the ducks and watching the huge fish swim by. The room itself was incredibly modern and tech friendly, featuring a large Amazon device, excellent WiFi, and a state-of-the-art bathroom with touch controls. One of our favourite features was the smart mirror that clears steam at the touch of a button,pure luxury! As it was our wedding night, the team surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and a stunning display of rose petals and towel swans on the bed. The attention to detail was truly unreal and made us feel so special. Thank you so much to everyone at Waterfront Lodges Bedworth. You made our night unforgettable. Five stars, without question.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Waterfront Lodges. The room was clean, well-presented, and equipped with modern tech, making the stay comfortable and convenient. The balcony overlooking the pond was a particular highlight — a peaceful setting for relaxing at any time of day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. It was a great choice for a relaxing break, and we would be happy to return.
