Bluewater Spa

Wonderful day at the spa with afternoon tea. Hannah was exceptionally professional and very attentive for the facial that I chose and the calm and quiet environment was just what I needed.

Very kind staff & excellent pool, gym, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. The only reason for my less than 5 star review is that the men’s changing rooms have many broken lockers and the room itself is always very damp and definitely needs to be cleaned more often as the floor is quite grimy. Please could you look into this as clean, tidy changing rooms would greatly improve my experience, as well as fixing some wobbly pool-side handles 🙂 Update: they’ve fixed the men’s lockers 🎉🎉 and the place was genuinely tidy last time I went, the jacuzzi is now out of action however.

I was on vacation and decided to treat myself to a massage—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I was guided to a peaceful relaxation room and asked to wait comfortably until the masseuse was ready for me. The massage itself was amazing—deeply relaxing and comforting. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge during my trip.

Had the hour drift away massage as a birthday treat. The spa itself is so relaxing and a really good place to let everything go. The lady that did my massage Berlinda was amazing, it was my first time having a massage and she made me feel so calm. We had a lovely little chat through the massage and it was really relaxing. Definitely coming back!

Myself and my partner have been looking for a nice spa to use when we have a day off together. We called up in advance to ask if we could pay just to use the spa facilities. The cost for us both was £60 which is far too much for what it is. We managed an hour before we left. The spa looks nothing like the photo it’s very dark and dirty. The tiles on the ceiling are pushed up and is no way as light as the photo shows. For a spa especially paying £60 I would expect loungers or somewhere comfy to relax by the pool. The chairs are just not comfy and look like garden furniture. The changing rooms and whole venue was just very grubby and dirty. I did contact the venue before posting the review to as I know we all have off days. I did not however receive a reply. Very disappointing!

Sauna, swimming pool and steam room are clean and in a good condition. Elena on the reception was really nice and supporting with all my ridiculous requests.

I had visited Bournemouth for a short vacation and decided to treat myself for a spa. I had a full body massage. The masseur was very nice and confirmed details, my pain points before starting the massage. The massage was super relaxing and time just flew past. I wish I could have done more but it was end of the day and there was no time for other services. The ambience of the spa was very nice. There were also other facilities which I didn't have the time to enjoy as it was pouring that day. Definitely worth trying the spa!

First time in the spa centre, everything was amazing!!!! Starting from the reception point, the lady was very helpful, The sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool are amazing!!!! I had a relaxing facial lux treatment with a blond lady (forgot the name, apologies!!!) was the best that I could have!! If I can give her 10 stars, I will do it ⭐ Everything was amazing, food, aswell!!!!! I recommend 100% for a relaxing day or for whole weekend!!!! Thank you!!!!
