Paradox Vaping

Always top advice when it comes to dry herb vapes in Bournemouth. These guys are my first and last call. Massive shout out to Will in particular. Really knowledgeable guy 🤟💚

Great range of products. The friendly and knowledgeable staff team are always happy to offer advice and guidance. 5* 👏🥳

Lost the ball to a lobe piercing and the cool looking lady with a ton of sick piercings helped me replace the ball so quickly, fabulous place that's great for piercings

Incredible shop, incredible people. I've been in a few times because I live locally, each time has been a lovely positive experience. Prices are fantastic, service is so professional. Even when it is busy they take the time to really look at anatomy and give you great advice and support. Never rushed. They always throw in freebies (which certainly keeps me coming back). Recently a lady cut in front of me and I never have the courage to speak up and tell them I was first. The lovely Shannon politely and respectful told the lady I was first and we all had a laugh and I was served with a smile and warmth. So thank you Shannon. It really made my day ☺️

Outstanding customer service!! I wandered in this morning (fairly clueless I might add) and this is how it went.... Greeted warmly at the door... once inside I was met with patient, friendly and honest advice about what I was enquiring about... useful aftercare and general advice towards the end of the sale... That, my friends, is a customer service masterclass right there! 👆 Thank you so much fellas, I really appreciated your warmth and help 🙂... tell your boss you deserve a rise! 🙌👌👏✨️

What a great shop, lots of products and choices. Just bought a new vape here and everything was explained to me very well, very knowledgeable staff and wicked music 🤘 thank you so much

I am WELL PLEASED with the service as well as the product from beginning to end. I went in to buy Tanita scales as they are so accurate. I was told about a cheaper product, On Balance, although they had the more expensive Tanitas. This has worked out perfectly for me. The scales are really accurate and come with weights to enable calibration. They also came with tweezers and a nice box/case, they are a very good product. Unfortunately, when I undid the box the lower part came unstuck, I'm guessing it's a one off, anyway, I went back to Paradox and they swapped everything for brand new. I asked them to open the box while I was there and no problem. I am very happy with the product and really happy with the service. They made me feel comfortable and answered questions, didn't rush me, properly listened and explained things clearly. They did not make me feel uncomfortable because I had to do a return. I will go there again when I need that service. I HIGHLY recommend. I felt they are honest as well.
