Dress Code Nine

I had such a wonderful experience with Dress Code Nine. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I never once felt pushed into making a decision. It truly felt like their only goal was to help me find a dress that I genuinely wanted. They are also one of the few shops I found that carry non-traditional styles, which was such a relief. I had been losing hope of finding a dress that was everything I wanted, and this was one of the last shops I visited before settling on something I only liked but didn’t love. I am so grateful I went, because I ended up finding the perfect dress that fits my style completely. I could not recommend them more!

I had a wonderful experience here, I had absolutely no clue what dress I wanted but I was assisted by Ellie who helped me find the perfect dress. I would highly recommend coming here for your prom dress! All the staff were so lovely and patient.

Absolutely fantastic and beautiful dresses, never had a better experience with customer service. Staff member Emilia was so nice, helpful and kind for all of our visit there. Gave us really professional advice finding the dress that suits the most. When my fiancé was trying on all sorts of dresses she ran to grab another one that might be just the one. I recently visited Dress Code 9 in Braintree to find my wedding dress, and I had a fantastic experience. Emma was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She listened to my preferences and guided me to the perfect dress. The selection was beautiful, and the quality was outstanding and the price was a lot less than I was anticipating too. What a fantastic experience I had choosing my dream dress in this lovely shop. Emily was welcoming and helpful from the moment we stepped in and I can't praise her enough, I had a set idea and she was so helpful and really made my experience special and the added little touches were so kind and thoughtful. it was such an amazing experience! the moment i walked in me and my daughter got greeted by the lovely ladies which guided us through our whole experience, one of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional customer service given by Ellie!the staff was incredible at offering helpful suggestions down to colour and sizes without being pushy ,and helping you to find your perfect dress! we might come back for her prom!

I purchased my flower girl dress and my hair piece from Dress Code Nine and wasn't disappointed. I was served by Emma who was very professional with a moutain of knowledge and was able to pick out the dresses i described. Such a lovely friendly member of staff and made my whole experience a very memorable one. Great service, fantastic quality and a good price. I would definately recommend any Brides to be to make a stop there and browse their beautiful range of dresses and accessories.

I found my wedding dress with dress code nine ❤️ We had our appointment with Emma, and well, she is just amazing! Her customer service and personality is just incredible, She is so so lovely! Me and my guests felt so comfortable the whole time. Served with drinks- teas coffees, soft drinks and Prosecco to congratulate! She made the experience feel very warm, welcoming, comforting and easy, I couldn’t recommend her enough. The shop is a lovely size, overall lovely staff, great quality dresses and good styles/ranges of dresses. A very lovely experience. I’m so glad I booked my appointment as I ended up with the perfect wedding dress. 👰🏼‍♀️ Definitely would recommend! Thankyou! 💖
