Super helpful shop! Visited for the first time a few weeks back and Tom the store manager was really attentive and helped me get off the disposable vape ! Really informative which always helps when stepping into something you know nothing about. Explained all the differences and the benefits, even where the e liquids were made ! Great value and the pen and flavours I have are amazing 👍 highly recommend for any vape user especially if you are new to vaping. Re visited today to try some new flavours and reduce the nicotine content, not sure of the other guys name but was really friendly too!

I would buy any other vape juice it is the best there is. The guys in the shops are legends - I adore Lisa in Newbury, she is an absolute gem, and Pete and Joe used to make my lunch times when I lived there. The nicest guys ever 🕊️ and since moving to Bristol the lads in the store here are great - special thanks to Tom for sorting my bundle deal haha will be annoying you all for a long time as the best customer service going ✨✨

The staff in here are brilliant, very nice and upbeat, very patient when I’m trying to choose liquids! They are very good priced and always have good deals on! The loyalty card is a nice little bonus too!
