Overall disappointing and wouldn’t return. Pros: Nice rooms, nice campus, walking trail nearby. Pool area is great, they play relaxing music in the morning. Cons: it’s $35 for parking a night, which is only listed on their website in the FAQ section. The complimentary water is not advertised and it’s the tiny bottles. Restaurant hours are not up to date and things were closed for winter. I booked this place for the convenient food options and so I could lounge by the pool with a beverage and a snack from the poolside bar but it was closed! I would have absolutely stayed somewhere else—the website is so misleading and says it’s open. The grab and go breakfast spot was also closed and the restaurants would close mid-day and reopen. My room had an excruciating squeal coming from the faucet and I didn’t have any body products available. I asked for more and they didn’t come. I also never put my do not disturb sign out so I get the room refresh, but I received a text saying I was skipped because I had the sign out. The coffee maker didn’t work. The spa was mediocre. This place is probably nice to visit with everything open and with more transparency and information about what’s going on and what amenities you have access to.

The grounds are nice. I stayed in 1 bedroom suite, in January 2025. Several people used the pools and hot pool. Plenty of seating options and areas for children to play. Many activities for most to enjoy. My favorite activity karaoke. The staff was great. I hope to revisit soon.

Rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. Staff was great, check in and out was easy and I loved the hot tubs! The entire place was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed both the meditation activity, as well as the hike. I would definitely come back for another stay.

I had a very disappointing experience. I am on my second night here as I write this review. I want to preface by saying I have stayed here 5 times over the past 2 years. My first 4 trips were great, but very expensive. I didn't mind paying a good price for a nice resort and nice big room to house my family. This recent trip I was given a room very very far away from the main resort. This secondary arena has NO ELEVATORS and we are on the third floor. I have 2 kids who use strollers so every time you come back to your room you are forced to carry these heavy strollers up and down the stairs muktiple times a day. loading and unloading your car is an absolute nightmare as the parking spots are not close to the rooms. I feel misguided and cheated out of money. I am very upset and will be talking this with management further. my family stays here due to the back entrance to Legoland , in this building they've put us in we can no longer walk to legoland since we are so far away from the rest of the resort. it is the only reason we stay here and even that has been taken from us. the website never said anything about No elevators or potentially being put much further away that what we had become used to. I wont be staying here again without sone free nights. go stay somewhere else. on top of all of that the lady at the front was incredibly rude during the check in process. I won't be back without being compensated for this. I took time off work, spent a lot of money on these rooms, and this resort completely screwed me over. management was nowhere to be found as all this was happening too. terribly run place.

Got great room rate but the parking fee is high. And I never find a spot near my building. I’m walking from the next lot. Plenty of things to do on the resort but I’m here for work so is a spot to shower, eat my dinner and sleep. The room is very nice, fancy, full of amenities. Even had dinnerware, dish soap, laundry soap, dish towel but there’s no stove. Guess the dishes are your microwaved food or what you bring to the room. Restaurants on site, multiple pools and a shop. Very close to Legoland, even private entrance on resort property. 7 minutes to my office via Cannon and Faraday which allows me to skip the nightmare traffic on Palomar Airport Road. TV here is bigger Samsung than in my living room at home. Couch, desk, coffee table has pull out stools or you can use them for footrest while on couch. Lovely accommodations overall.
