Apparently customers of this location are not allowed to get Internet access on holidays or on weekdays (as evidenced by the lack of Internet access experienced today. Additionally, a “peppermint mocha” is not allowed to have any flavor o peppermint in it also (even getting the drink re-made DID NOT GIVE IT ANY FLAVOR!).

First time here and it was an odd place. Felt like the man taking our order was judging us the whole time. My husband asked for vanilla in his cold brew and the man responded, “uhh, if I can find it on the screen”, as if no one else asks for vanilla in their drink. Then, I ordered drip coffee and asked if he could throw some ice in the cup to cool it down; he acted as if I had said something foreign and goes, “uh (side eye roll) sure”.

I've been going to this Peet's for years. I have gotten used to being treated like a second-hand person since I try to just let things go to the best of my ability. However, after having some exceptionally disrespectful experiences, I read the comments and want to reinforce some of the things that have been said since it seems like people are just giving this place 5 stars for no reason. First off, I want to say there are some staff members who are good and provide great customer service. Unfortunately for them, they are surrounded by a clique of obnoxious, self-entitled, egotistical coworkers who will absolutely ignore you if you are not one of their personal favorites. Also, heaven forefend you are not ecstatic to be in their presence. I have had extremely sarcastic remarks made about me (not being paranoid as I was the only customer there at the time) for simply waiting for my coffee and not having a full blown conversation about my day. Also, when I did bring up my concerns to the store, my wife went in the next day to hear them talking about what a horrible customer I am. Granted I do not chat with them like their favorites, and tend to keep to myself and mind my own business, but I have never said an untoward comment, or even gotten short with the staff while waiting well beyond the time my coffee was supposed to be ready (as others have pointed out is a consistent problem). Based on my most recent experience, I am doing everything in my power to not have to go back to this Peet's location. My advice to people who go here are three-fold: (1) expect to wait for your order, (2) act absolutely enthralled to be in the presence of the staff, and (3) when all else fails, use the Peet's bean membership to get the coffee without the issues with staff.

The iced coffee is amazing, the staff have always been chatting with the lady,looks like old friends. Sometimes, summer final event sales up to 50% ,they left at the corner shelf .

The last 2 times I’ve ordered a mobile order, Ive had to wait well beyond the time period that it was supposed to be ready. First time was 30 min beyond the time frame and this time just 6 min beyond the end of time frame …and it wasnt busy either time. Lattes are good but plan ahead and allow more time than they say if ordering on the mobile app.

Ordered two one pound bags of ground coffee and was shorted (one bag weighed 13.7 oz the other 15.08 oz) Makes me wonder how many other times they've ripped me off.

At 4pm on 3/15/23 only 2 employees, she apologized to the line of 3 people for the wait. I was next in line, current customer ordered Bev & heated croissant. We all waited patiently. I was asked what I wanted, I gave my order the employee then said oh wait the last purchase was DECLINED. Asked the customer to return and use another form of payment. Customer said I only have this one card. Employee said “the power went out a few hours ago maybe that’s the issue and said this time we just won’t charge you”. I placed my order again, went to use my PEETS gift card, employee said”I can’t take that”. The system is down 😳. I regret just leaving without insisting I get a refund for the $20 gift card I purchased last week. I will never return to this location. Terrible business practices and zero courtesies given to ALL customers. The employee picks & chooses one customer over another.. terrible
