Worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever experienced. I wish I was being dramatic but I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences with the staff at this Rite Aid’s pharmacy, more specifically the techs at the front desk. The staff have a rude attitude and clearly are unhappy and seem to take it out on customers. I thought it was a location issue but I’ve been to Rite Aid in South Central and been treated better. The pharm techs here are so quick to refuse to help you get your prescription. I’ve never had issues refilling my medication before. I was told I had no prescription to pick up when I had recently received a text from Rite Aid informing me my medication prescription was due for a refill. After being rejected, I replied to the Rite Aid text for my prescription only to receive a text the following morning saying my medication is ready for pick up. It’s really inconvenient coming to get my prescription here just to get the run around by miserable staff. I’m happy to say I’ll never be coming back to this location and I’ll be happy to share my experience with others so they don’t experience what I did.

Was out of town and needed a phone charger. The store was clean and had several sale items in addition to what I needed. The associate was helpful and knowledgeable for the item I required. From this positive experience I will definitely remember to visit my local Rite Aid when I get home.

I've been with your pharmacy for over 18 years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. The new pharmacist and staff you have working there are incompetent a. They are not friendly and helpful the way all the other staff has been over the years. Also it is ridiculous how long you have to wait in line ,when there's only one person in front of you. I swear it's like being at the DMV trying to pick up medicine

3 employees looking at each other I'm waiting with my grandson and no help what so ever. This rite aid maybe needs better management. And I do mean better . It took the person who called for icecream service 10 min till someone showed up. By that time I had left. Really had to take my son elsewhere. Due to laziness of 3 employees. Really management should look into it.
