Manzanita county park snacks available during game days. Accept Apple Pay Cash/ Venmo. Very huge, dog friendly, plenty of parking, restrooms available, hiking trails leading around manzanita. Please make sure you check your pets for any ticks. I just went on a hike and my dog had a tick we didn’t go off trail.

I love manzanita. I find that the area is beautiful, clean, and the fields are well-kept. I typically go on a walk around the trails and get my bird app to identify the type of birds I hear along the trail. This last visit, I noticed on the trail, bags with poop. In my opinion, it would be best to let the dog poop on the trail then to add plastic to the environment. Other than that people use the trail for walks, listen to a good book or music, or go on a horse ride. This park is not very windy which I appreciate and after a walk, I am good to tackle a bit of cold weather in the late afternoons. Great park for its natural beauty, family friendliness, and atmosphere being a relaxing calming environment.
