Best Buy

Once again, go into the simi store. Workers everywhere not helping folks. 1 employee acknowledged me and said he’d be right back. Never can back. Multiple employees walked by me multiple times and never acknowledged me. Just looked away like they didn’t want to make eye contact because they would mean they needed to help. I knew exactly what i wanted just needed someone to ring it up. After 20 minutes i left. This is the second time. Won’t be surprised to see another store fold with this lack of service.

Great, love this BBY, hope it can hang in there for a while and doesn’t go the way of the dodo! They try really hard with their customer service, so we keep coming back! Make sure you get on the wait list when you walk in if you think you will need help with anything to ensure prompt service, but the reps are always happy to help if you have a fairly easy question and they have the time.

Fast and good service. I was looking for a phone as a gift. I didn't have time to order online. I needed a gift urgently! Only this store had it in stock. In the right color, without being tied to a mobile operator.

Went on Black Friday. Didn't get what we were in there for. But the salesperson helped us get the next best thing. Nice to see the store full of people. Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful.

I came to this Best Buy to pick up my online order. I had some reward dollars to use before it expires in July so I pick this location to pick up the 2032 battery. This Best Buy is near my work office so that's why I pick it and I was already familiar with the area since I went to other stores in the same plaza. I came when they just open and they were not busy. Some people were there to pick up their final fantasy game but I just walked to the store pickup line and they give me my item. I was curious to see what they have here so I decided to walk around the store. I went to the computer accessories area to see what Corsair stuff they have. They seem to be pretty well stocked because they had a lot of Corsair, Logitech, Steelseries, Razer and Hyperx products. The staff were nice, I was greeted at the entrance and he told me where the store pickup line was.

The team is clueless and lacks basic knowledge and understanding of the products they sell, I had to correct a staff member multiple times that they are wrong . I also find it annoying that they ask people to join Best Buy Plus every few minutes, and intentionally telling misleading information about the program and its benefits, which when challenged they corrected themselves. Very disappointing and frustrating experience, I will unlikely ever visit again.

Best Buy is great! They offer free electronics recycling, a very good selection of computer parts [DRAM, graphics cards, mother boards, processors, pc power supplies, keyboards, mice, HDDs, SSDs, web cams....] and, after shopping for the best price for specific appliances, we have purchased our refrigerators, microwave ovens, dish washers, washing machines, and clothes dryers there. The team at the Simi Valley store has provided exceptional customer support and product knowledge for more than 20 years.

I was nicely greeted by the front desk when I walked into the store. I was first referred to the Geek Squad, and Nick tried to assist me regarding my laptop. Unfortunately, my computer wasn't cooperating. Then I went over to the Windows laptop section, where Eric was very knowledgeable in informing me about the differences between Lenovo, Dell, and HP computers. I appreciated both of them. They were both very, very helpful and knowledgeable.
