What a great place, service is unbelievable in there. And the have so many choices, and great high end products for great prices. 👍 keep it up guys

Absolutely fabulous service. Love the shop and the lounge area. Customer service is top notch and we will certainly return again. Lovely staff, very knowledgeable about the stock and extremely helpful.

fantastic service, prices and product, they let you try before you buy on the juices and that has saved me from wasting so much money, plus all their juices have been tried n tested by the staff before stocking them to the shop so all the juices are top notch for flavor, none of that soapy cosmic cloud crap, just thick sweet e juices with amazing taste like the elements range as well as some tasty thinner juices for all you subtankers =D all round fantastic store that is seriously hard to beat on price and variety, its my 1 stop shop

I have visited the store at least three times in the last week or so. This shop stocks many different items and all of the staff our very knowledgeable about everything to do with vapes. I feel that all the staff give honest opinions on the products they have on offer, and whilst they offer high end items, do not push items of a high value, as they listen to what the customer requires. All the staff I have met have been very happy to answer 'newbie' questions!! Highly recommended place.

Popped into Bettys for the first time yesterday. Good atmosphere, friendly helpfully staff. Brilliant range of juices and products. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant shop all the staff are brilliant and helpful .Went there 2 weeks later with a problem with my vape fixed within 5 minutes. Great advice staff fantastic. 10 out of 10 guy's

Good range of items, just don't bother go back if you have a problem. They will make out its you fault so they don't have to replace faulty items. There nice when it comes to taking your money. But beyond a waste of time. I think the response proves my point, the device was faulty with the power button sticking on, which caused the coil to overheat and boil the juice out. This is why there was liquid inside, and the circuits fried. I have been vaping for about 3 years now so I'm not new to it.
