Super helpful - had a laptop issue and Singh guided me through the options for repairing it and ended up saving me a huge amount of time and money to get it fixed. Would recommend.

I had to change my phone camera glass. United Tech Caterham approach was very professional and quick. They changed it within minutes. Happy with the service.

Very bad experience. The technician said water got inside my phone because the back glass was broken. I paid him to replace the back glass and remove the water, but he only replaced the glass and didn’t remove the water. I went back and had to pay again for cleaning, but the phone still had visible water inside and wouldn’t turn on. When I asked about it, he said he could open the phone a third time but without any warranty. I asked for a refund, but he refused, saying the service was done — even though the phone was still wet and not working. In the end, I had to take it to another repair shop, where they fixed everything in less than 10 minutes and confirmed that the first technician hadn’t done the job properly. Very dishonest and unprofessional service.
