Not open phone number doesn’t work! No indication when it will be open, can’t trust coming back if it can’t be open when it says it’s gonna be a no note on the door

I always have a great experience when attending VapePit in Caterham and I think this is mainly because most if not all of the staff that work there make you feel like anything you need help with is no bother at all since they put you at ease. The whole experience from being able to relax and vape in the shop, to being able to trust the staff and knowing that the shop always has good quality/ a good variety of stock available with new deals every week makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you're ever in doubt, the staff can be relied upon to give reliable & honest feedback on what's hot and what's not, and as they get to know you, can offer personal advice on what they feel will suit you best based on their large range of...everything a vape shop tends to have in store (pods, mods, tanks, atomisers, coils, liquids etc!) They are the experts, and although cost-wise, VapePit is more expensive compared to what you might get on some sites online, or in some smaller independent shops or off-licences, that well-known saying; you get what you pay for certainly comes true once you've paid a visit to VapePit in Caterham.

I am waiting outside to collect my parcel for more than 30 min and they are still not open , I will report to UPC aswell as I am pregnant and it is not fair to make peoples wait for so long in the cold

I have been in to a number of Vape it stores and always had exceptional customer service but of late I’ve been in to the caterham store (my local Store) and had Kaz (Karen) serve me. She’s been helpful, informative and honest which is so valuable when choosing something you use on a daily basis. I’ve bought two devices recently and with both she’s been fantastic and so knowledgable about what I’d need going forward. I’m really grateful to Vape It and in particular Kaz for her thorough and excellent customer service. In addition to her customer service skills, she was also training and assisting another member of staff (I’m terribly sorry but I don’t remember the young ladies name) but involved her and showed how things work and I’m sure her positive attitude will be of great value to her and to others she oversees. Ordered some coils and juice, over the phone due to the Covid scare, quick and easy ordering and payment A couple of hours later home delivery service. Just brilliant service, impressed.

Popped in today with leaking tank problems,was greeted by a young lady called Katie,very knowledgeable and helpful,gave me many options of why my tank was leaking and what i could do to stop it....thicker liquid,close air holes ect..would highly recommend this shop for all your vaping needs
