Very clean, bright and open plan. However, despite it being situated a mile or so from town center, their prices are similar to Town center shops Despite finding their prices a little steep, it is a very comfortable and friendly place. I only popped in for 1 vape juice. So I have no idea about the selection available. Edit To the owner. Thank you for your rapid feedback. I have to apologize. I wrote the initial review in a hurry and after re reading it, I realized that it wasn't an accurate review. I've since edited it. I paid cash on both visits, so the lady that served me didn't take my details. Again, thank you for getting back to me. Not many businesses do so

Adam went above and beyond to turn a frustrated email from myself into a complete solution. The frustration stemmed from me having a non-TPD compliant vape tank from outside the UK and having no idea of this or why replacement glass wouldn't fit. Taking the time to phone me, get to the bottom of the issue via a video call and then providing everything I needed to source a replacement tank, coils and use the glass I already had, saved me several headaches and a fair bit of time. If you want customer support, these guys every time. 10/10.

Incredible service. They're knowledgeable, only to happy to help no matter the question. Understand the products and able to give advice. Don't push the expensive brands on you just because which makes them super credible in my opinion. First purchase arrived today, boxed and packed with care and arrived in tip top shape. Will absolutely use them again! Check them out and don't be afraid to ask questions, their service speaks for itself.

Great vape shop friendly staff great choice of equipment and juices. Had a very small issue with a tank i purchased ( NOT THE SHOPS FAULT ) and the staff and owner couldn't do enough for me. very pleasant and a top class service. 5 STAR WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS *****

I stumbled across this site trying to find a mod I really liked but couldn’t find easily on other sites. The price was great so I ordered 2 of them. What I then found by browsing the site is the large range of products especially aspire tanks which i use all the time, I don’t like other brands. To my surprise and delight my order came in just a couple of days! I was so impressed. So this is my new favourite site to get my next new aspire tank and coils and it’s really lovely to see it’s a small business yet they offer such great service. Wish I lived locally as they do some great local services. I’ve often ordered from high street or other website brands but not ever found a site that offers this range that I prefer and the excellent delivery on top. I think this is my one stop now for tanks and mods and coils etc and to know the service is excellent like this gives much comfort knowing you are in safe hands. Wish I had found this site years ago!

The very first time I visited The Vapourist I didn't receive very good customer service, the staff seemed very short tempered and stressed but it was late in the day. However, it was just after the first lockdown was easing, I understand a lot of changes had to be implemented, and I can imagine it took its toll on the staff. But, I'm not one to avoid a place after a bad experience so I have been back several times after this and the service has been absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly, extremely helpful and can have a laugh with them. The prices are good, range is fantastic and it's now the only vape shop I use. Thanks guys!

Really happy with the way I was treated here, even through troubling times with COVID-19. the staff are very knowledgeable and worked with me on my small budget but got me what I wanted for a fair price, the store itself has a wide variety of products on offer. Can't wait to go back when the paycheck clears.
