Urban Beauty has very effective body sculpting and skin-tightening treatments. They use the latest technology machines and up-to-date procedures. I'd had severe stretch marks and my skin had been very loose before I started the sculpting treatment. I've realised the difference only in 3 sessions! It is unbelievable! As well as, laser hair removal is completely painless and effective. Also, Piter is a very welcoming and friendly person. He is good at his job.

This lack of information led to a confusing experience during my appointments. Moreover, I am facing ongoing issues with their booking and payment system. Despite cancelling my appointments well in advance, I am yet to receive a refund for my paid bookings. Urban Beauty Colchester's responsiveness in this matter has been unsatisfactory, forcing me to seek resolution through PayPal as the services were not provided. The most concerning issue occurred during one of my visits. I had booked and paid for a specific treatment, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not possible to proceed due to undisclosed prerequisites. Instead, I was suggested an alternative treatment which, to my dismay, was charged at an exorbitant rate of £100, significantly higher than the original £32 booking cost on their website. Notably, this practice of not disclosing prices in advance is not only unethical but also illegal in the UK, as customers must be informed about the costs and given the option to consent before any service begins. To add to the disappointment, the amount I had already paid was not deducted from the new treatment cost.In summary, my experience with Urban Beauty Colchester was unsatisfactory and far from professional. It seemed more focused on profit than customer care, particularly towards women. For those seeking beauty and wellness services, I would strongly recommend exploring other reputable salons like Sereny Rooms, where professionalism and adherence to legal standards are a priority.
