Needed to break a $50 so we could go to the honey shack...was trying to purchase two candy bars with the $50 and they refused to take it. Claiming the $50 didn't have 'the strip thing' saying my $50 was fake. So I told them they were high and to test it, or hold it up to the light. They refused, won't be back, what a joke.

I regret to say that my recent encounter with the manager, Kovey, at Dollar Tree was extremely disappointing. 👎 Despite spending $176 💰 at the store a few days ago, I received awful service from Kovey. The tape measure I purchased was defective, yet Kovey adamantly refused to exchange whwn i had the receipt. Additionally, a wall backsplash sticker I bought turned out to be defective. When I politely addressed these issues, Kovey's reaction was completely uncalled for. He yelled at me in front of other customers and displayed a lack of professionalism by dismissing my concerns. Even when I requested respectful communication, he remained dismissive. It's evident that Alejandro, the clerk, demonstrates far superior customer service skills and deserves consideration for a managerial position. At least he is polite and not verbally abusive towards women. Had I known I would have been treated this way I wouldn't have bothered with the $2.50 Exchange for the same item 😖😱

This store is well stocked and quite convenient to shop in! There was plenty of parking right by the entry too. This store is better than a convenience store it has more variety plus great prices. They carry lots of smaller size products which is great for traveling. I noticed they always have a great seasonal section and frozen foods section as well.

Kovey started yelling at my 4 year old kid because he got a little ball and was next to me bouncing it and he yelled to tell me to take care of MY kid and was complaining about me and my kids he was talll with glasses stay away from him he's racist

We’re having a wonderful vacation and if there is one reason that I would consider not coming back, it’s the nightmare of an experience we had at this Dollar Tree. The Mexican girl named Jasmine who was working the night shift on 2/24/22 (with the wing eye liner) is very rude, hostile, threatening, and intimidating to customers for no reason. I was standing by the top of an aisle and she actually walked up to me and told me that I couldn’t go down the aisle because she just cleaned the floor. There was no sign up to say that the floor was wet, and it was actually dry. She left an elderly lady waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. The little elderly lady actually left without buying anything as a result. She was ringing up our stuff and i briefly stepped back a few steps to try and see if I could see my husband bc he had the money to pay. When I stepped back she said “I’m not going to stand up here while you run around the store.” That is EXACTLY what she said. I said “there’s no need to be rude. My husband has the money, and I do not see him” and then he stepped back around the corner within view. She then actually threw the receipt at us when we paid. It was an absolutely terrible experience, and she was a very threatening person. Completely unprovoked rudeness and aggression.
