I am extremely disappointed. I have ordered coffee over a week ago and paid for it. I have received a confirmation immediately and was informed the ordered was processed, but after not hearing from them for over a week, I have emailed them today to find out my ordered was cancelled due to supplier stock issue and I will receive a refund in 3 to 5 working days.

Really disappointed. Placed an order and the money has been taken for my partners uncle who is passing away. His last wish is to have his favourite cider and this was the only place I could find it. I've emailed, phoned, and left voicemails relaying our situation, and haven't had any response or communication whatsoever. Such a disappointment! I would give 0 stars if I could. Communication from you would've avoided us writing such a poor review.

I ordered items on the 19th for Xmas and/or New Year’s Eve. Immediately received order confirmation but no dispatch confirmation. Emailed them today on the 28th to see what was going on. Received a reply stating the items were returned to them damaged and they didn’t have any more so they would refund me. Seems like a cop out to me. Terrible service.

Placed order 14th April, today is 25th April and still no change on order status! Can't get to actually speak to anyone....telephone number is just an answering machine and no response from emails either!! Feels like we have been scammed!
