Vape360 Crawley

Only came here as my other half forgot his vape juices and we were about to go to Spain early next morning, we had come all the way from Nottingham to Gatwick and the man turns to me and says I forgot me juice! So I Google and find this place! The guy in the shop was fantastic ,my other half walked away a happy chappy and I had a peaceful evening! If we are ever in the area we will be visiting again no doubt.

Perfect costumer service. Robert was 5 stars. Very knowledgeable very friendly!! You guys just gained a regular client. Will definitely see you soon

Asked if they sell zero nicotine vapes, was told they do and bought one. Upon trying it realised it had nicotine in and was a 2% vape. Went back to shop and asked for a refund or exchange, only to be told they don't do zero nicotine vapes! Shoddy service - avoid

First time in the shop on Sunday. The staff member was amazing. I explained that I had little money to spend. He showed me the deals that were available. 5 star service

Visited yesterday, really welcoming and friendly man with amazing customer service! Very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop. The range is vast and the prices are reasonable but the customer service was priceless!

I'm giving them 5 stars because they are a small family business and are very friendly. However, sadly I will not be able to make this a regular visit as their prices are extremely high compared to other vape shops, I paid more than £3 more than I usually would for OBS coils, and this is the first time I have ever been charged extra for a nic shot when buying a short fill, particularly when that short fill cost £15.99. My fault for not asking prices before buying. Good shop, very friendly, but comes at a premium.

Well well well .....the rumours were true eh ? ! Consulted by two of the best professional in the vape industry Tim and Justin ! A fantastic shop which clearly looks the part , professional , concise and packed with great ranges , including newly released products not stocked anywhere yet Wowcher !!!! well done all at vape 360 for the complete transformation...since my last visit pre lock down this shop looks the part ! You have scored a new REGULAR customer which is due to great customer service, fantastic product knowledge and your wide variety plus a truly great loyalty package to your customers ! A MUST VISIT VAPE SHOP !!! 5 stars +++++ Thanks , see you soon ! Moha

Lovely little friendly shop I always feel welcome both the owner and the manager Tim are very nice guys customer service 10/10 helpfulness 10/10 prices 10/10 plenty of variety with the liquids, lots of different mods and they have a nice comfy sofa so if you have time to kill you can just sit in and chill. I live 12 miles away from this shop and I prefer going there than at my local as it's much better probably the best I've visited since I've been vaping if I could give this shop 10 stars then I would.
