DO NOT USE went in for a simple 3 pack of smok pozz replacement coils only for the shop keeper to start cutting up the pack of 3 and trying to sell me only 2 outta the 3 According to them and this is a direct quote “that’s how we do business here” Absolute shambles

0 stars for this vape shop I recently tried to stop smoking and bought a packet of cigarettes and a vape to help me cut down The vape I bought says 600 pulls but definitely didn’t even last 50 so I took it back and they refused to swap it. This isn’t the first time this has happened as my neighbour had exactly the same problem Told the man I haven’t barely even used it and he said nothing I can do. So I said we come here with our hard earned money and u give me a faulty product that you will not swap. Manager is very rude and disrespectful almost like he expected me to turn up with a problem Bought the same vape from corner shop it has lasted me nearly a week ! DO NOT GO HERE UNRELIABLE

My experience started well but went down hill, I will never shop here again. I was having trouble with my mod which i bought from them. I went back to them a few times to try and get it sorted, they took my mod away to be tested but came back with no faults. The charging was the issue i couldn't get the charge past a certain percentage, and I had tried everything a variety of plugs, different leads and even tried tried different power outputs to charge it. Everything i tried didn't work. They charged it over night for me and got it to 100% which was great but soon as I needed to charge it, it just wouldn't reach 100%(all night). I liked the Mod but was clearly not working for me so I tried to get an exchange but because they couldn't see no fault they was unwilling to help. I spent a lot of money(to me at least) on this mod and expect it to function properly. I did not expect to have to buy all sorts of different plugs and things just to get the thing to charge fully. They was quick to take my money but when it came to try and help me out they didn't want to know. Plus was'nt till after i found that their prices(for the mods at least were fairly high).

Very trustworthy service, helped me pick the right vape compartments. Affordable prices and friendly staff. 10/10

The workers are very unprofessional, they don't care when you come in to purchase something. No enthusiasm what so ever! On top of that the prices of the coils for the vapes change every time I go in there, and you are made to feel like you are unwanted. And to top it off they don't have a clue about any of the products they are selling! The only good thing is there late hours but what's the point. 0* this place deserves!!!

Great service with a range of products. Definitely do your research before you go as there is such a wide range it will help narrow things down for you. Good diversity in mod's and great after care for all products
