Sold me a counterfeit Vaporesso Luxe X Pro mesh pod. Thought it was fishy that he was splitting packs and selling singly. So you can't see the packaging and the verification scratch off panel. The coil lasted little time before it burnt out. Took the pod to another vape shop in Norwich to buy a replacement and they showed that it is counterfeit. Not only was the pod fake and a waste of money, selling singly is illegal, apparently. As is selling counterfeit vape products. Wondering what else they sell there is shifty. Could mess with your health. Avoid

Great couple of guys who run the shop. Went there to help quit smoking, gave me good helpful advice and haven't touched one since. Quality service matched by their quality products.

Good place but often doesn't have some flavors in store. However the staff is extremely helpful and have often suggested even better flavors it's become my go to store.

Happy with the advice and service here. Me and the Girlfriend had become more than just occasional Smokers over the past few years (I blame lockdown) After already cutting down, and trying the disposable elf bars (which we both found too harsh) popped into here and was recommended the “quit kit” with the lower dosage nicotine juices. Our new vapes are proving to keep us away from cigarettes for good. (Can’t even stand the smell anymore 🙏)

Wowser some how he has more empathy than a councillor and the sincerity of...... well just totally amazing, he even understood me, and my health conditions and frustrations! That man is skilled to make me leave smiling. 😁👍 Jack- I've never spent any time with but he's always provided me with what I've requested, so fulfils his job,maybe the odd smile would complete Jack,but as I say I've spent brief moments with him due to parking and time that I haven't had...... Recently gave up smoking with the help of these guys. Very helpful and friendly staff and nice little well stocked shop in the town center 5 stars highly recommended
