City Space

Although the apartment was well equipped and clean, it was impossible to get a good night's sleep because of the insanely noisy live entertainment coming from the pub next door. If you are planning to party until 2am then it is the perfect place, otherwise, avoid as you will not get any peace until 2am. Perhaps it is quieter during the week but no good for a Friday night stay which is a shame because in all other aspects it is a great apartment. I will not be booking again!

1. One of the amenities states hot tub, there was no hot tub and when we enquired we were told a hot tub and jacuzzi bath is the same thing which it clearly isn't. 2. There was loud music playing, shaking our bed, till 1AM every night, then starting again at 9AM when another amenity was "soundproofed" room. 3. On our last day we woke up at 5AM to the fire alarm, no idea how long this was going off for until we woke up, tried to call the property manager but no answer only to be messaged at 9:30 AM offering us one night complimentary stay, which we declined and asked for a night (£90) to be refunded instead, they refused. 4. The property had no hairdryer, microwave, and one of the bed cussions had white substance on it. Disgusting behaviour

I stayed in a beautiful, clean family deluxe apartment with jacuzzi. It had everything you would need...apart from headphones! Unfortunately, the central location, right next to a pub courtyard hosting live DJ set meant it was extremely noisy until the early hours.

Really great deluxe family suite! Stylish, modern and central. Situated in the heart of the town centre & market. Really spacious with a separate living room Superbly clean! Great jacuzzi bath, would definitely stay again!

This was nothing like photos or as described. Tiny room, no chair or dressing table, the music was so load it felt like the bed was shaking. Poor lighting to the bathroom. Towels smelt fusty. No spoon for tea and coffee. Poor quality bedding. Toilet brush had poo on it. I think this was miss sold, no better than a youth hostel, I actually would of preferred a hostel

Fabulous large spacious clean room. Fully equipped kitchen with all that you would need. Perfect location, central to everything. Very cheap for what is on offer. Straight forward and no issues. Definitely would book again. Very much recommended.

When we declined their one nights free stay at this horrible place, they notified booking.com that we "cancelled" our stay and never even checked in when we stayed the full 2 nights. This in turn left us not being able to review the stay on booking.com. Sneaky and disgusting behaviour from a company. AVOID

Superbly clean, modern & stylish deluxe family suite, with jacuzzi bath, excellent wifi and so much space! Super central! A really great find!!
