Very poor. Was offered a one hour turnaround for a screen replacement, but after multiple errors I was only able to collect the phone after 2 days. I was told by the manager that Sid in the shop was very inexperienced and had made mistakes. When I suggested that a 10% discount on the agreed price for a 1 hour turnaround was insufficient to reflect the inconvenience of being without my phone for 2 days, the manager told Sid to forcibly take my phone from me until I paid in full. Rude, aggressive and deeply unprofessional people. Avoid.

Michael was super friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my phone and he fixed it in like 5 minutes. Couldn’t believe how fast it was. Great service and a really nice guy definitely recommend this store!

Michael did a brilliant job fixing my iPad 7. He quickly identified the part that needed replacing and completed the repair within the agreed time. He was polite, honest, and clear about the work required before starting. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

Michael was very welcoming and helpful. He repaired the charging port on an I phone 12 in about 45mins. It’s working perfectly now. I chose the genuine apple part with warranty, which was a little more expensive than I found online, however, you get what you pay for, and I didn’t want to leave the phone anywhere for long, or send it away. I cannot fault the advice, work carried out, knowledge and entire service provided. We received a receipt for 12 months warranty immediately, and a free phone case, so I will happily return to I repair again.

Amazing guy, amazing shop. Brilliant vale for money. By the the best repair shop in Surrey, fixed my iPhone within 20 minutes, customer service was outstanding he went above and beyond for my situation and even helped me out with fixing my charging port free of charge! Haven’t got a bad word to say! Will forever use Irepair. Thank you x
