The Broadmore Miami Beach

Left so much to be desired. Staff attempted to be nice but it couldn't make up for terrible accommodations. I asked for my room to be cleaned daily because it was so dirty even upon check in and instead of cleaning it they offered me a free drink. Mold in the fridge..dust, dirt and grime certainly from the entire year In the bed frame. If I was not so exhausted from traveling 25+ hrs amongst other things I would not have even stayed.

I really enjoy staying at The Broadmore. It’s an affordable, modest hotel that doesn’t focus on luxury, but that’s perfectly fine because I don’t come to the beach to stay in the hotel all day. I mainly use it for a comfortable place to sleep, take a shower, and keep my belongings safe. What I love most about The Broadmore is its convenient location — close to the beach, restaurants, and the bus stop, which makes getting around so easy. I don’t mind climbing the stairs; in fact, I enjoy walking up after a big dinner. This is my fourth stay, and I definitely plan to come back. It’s a simple, cozy place that suits my needs perfectly.

Front desk is very accommodating and location in the beach, it’s under construction so you have to walk around the parking lot to get to the beach and the elevator takes 7-10 business days to get to anywhere that you are, better off taking the stairs. It’s an old hotel and the rooms and bathrooms have been updated but can tell that certain things just covered up with paint. I booked an ocean view and I let the front desk know that after the first night that it was a parking lot view and she said it was ocean view and that the ocean front room is actually the ocean view but she immediately switched our rooms. We only stayed 2 nights so the second night we got the ocean view room. If you’re looking for a cheap place just to sleep and stay on the beach all day, this place is it. We were 30 min from the hard rock stadium in which is why we went to Miami for a concert.

Love this location. I’m a minimalist so I don’t need much since I don’t plan on staying in my room for long. The bed was clean, towels were clean. Water pressure was good. Staff was super nice a pleasant. Best part was the free use of the beach towel and chairs on the beach. Can’t beat that! I would definitely come back.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolutely no parking, we had to carry our luggage 3 blocks to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is very dirty, the room was awful. The linens were never changed and we were there for a week. We had to ask for clean towels, and the towels provided were stained and covered in other people’s pubic hair. I can’t be sure but I think they had bedbugs, I have welts all over my body. The elevator is basically non existent. To go to the 5th floor, we timed it the second time we used it and it took 2 minutes and 30 seconds to go 5 floors. Our AC broke and we asked to switch rooms, the lady at the desk said let me check and I’ll call you back, she never called back, so we had a miserable hot night. They did fix the AC the next day after we asked a second time.

We came into this hotel with high expectations… The photos and reviews were deceiving. We started with a room that was not cleaned, damaged furniture and doors that kept getting stuck. There were bugs found in the original room as well as the shower deterioration, dirty towels, hair (that was not from us), and many more visable damages. When we went down to try to get a refund, the desk worker was so kind and understanding and helped us work through this. He moved us to a way nicer, cleaner room with an Ocean View. I would recommend this for someone who isn’t picky and doesn’t plan on spending barely any time in the room.

Location is great. Room is clean. Service was great thanks to the host Agustina. It was our first time in Miami and thanks to her we got to visit the best places. We had a problem with the online booking through airbnb and she resolved it in a second, provided us with towels and everything we needed, give her a raise!!!

No complaints. You can't complain about $200 a night ocean view on Miami Beach during Spring Break. This hotel is yards from the beach, public park, and exceptional restaurants. $20 a day resort charge guarantees you 2 lounge chairs on the beach. My 7 year old said, "This is the best day ever." We always travel with our own blanket and pillow, so we didn't use the thinner cotton blanket, which is appropriate for Miami temps. A historic art deco hotel for this price is exactly what you get. The attached restaurant is very good and they deliver to your room which is appreciated after a day at the beach. Excellent customer service and attention. Ms. Jennifer was very professional and courteous. We will definitely be returning.
