The two guides that managed our group did an amazing job! Truly exceptional at what they do so well. There passion and empathy, so appreciated, was clearly a mark of excellence, Allyson & Ethen. My second time since my first Ziplining in 2023, same place, both very exciting. Being a coaster freak in shames me a bit I was scared, even on the 2nd visit same Empower on New Year’s Day. This time just as fearful, likely because this time only one eye. Too old to woos-out, now in my 70’s, there was no way going to be weak and cave. I kid you not, having rode on the very most intense roller coasters, this time I must admit that I was very scared, this time more than last, but each step of the way this most amazing team, leader Allyson, gave me encouragement every step of the way. Braving the way, gradually building courage, then really enjoying those last three runs. Having flown in acrobatic stunt planes just as memorable as Empower Adventures, truly a place of just that. What an adventure it was even and especially this 1/1/26 second time. If you seek a very safe, secure, clean, professional run place of thrilling adventure in Florida near Tampa then reach out to no other. What a spectacular climax to wonder warm Christmas vacation. Even Clark would love.😉

Dillon and Bri were incredible guides today! They were super funny and had us laughing even at basic instructions. They were informational and made sure my 70 year old mom had adequate time to climb the stairs and she felt so good about doing it. They were very patient and never made her feel bad. The obstacles they include in the tour are also super fun and a nice challenge!

We booked the Zip Line Adventure for the family. Immediately after we arrived they took care of us and walked us through the paperwork. After a couple of minutes we started with the tour. Our guides Dillen and Allyson were very helpful and open for a chat. The tour took 2.5h with best weather. A great spot to relax and to enjoy the nature. Definitely a recommended place for outdoor activities.

We had such a great time ziplining with our group of 9 people on New Years day! The ages ranged from the mid-20's to the late 60's and everyone was up to the challenges. Our 2 instructor/guides were excellent...giving us tips along the way and were very personable. The experience was the blast we were hoping for and it exceeded our expectations!

Let me tell you what a blast me and my friend had on the sunset tour tonight with Andrew and Eric! It was such a fun time and they entertained us so much. Andrew even came down the last zip line upside down which was awesome! It was overall such a good time and I will definitely be back. 5 million stars to them!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I originally wanted to take my kids ziplining, but the website listed a 70-lb minimum—and my daughter is around 65 lbs. Instead of giving up, I called and received excellent customer service. They took the time to explain why the weight recommendation exists (so kids don’t get stuck on the line and need a guide to assist—no small task!), and even suggested coming back the following day when more experienced guides would be available. From the moment we arrived until we left, my kids and I felt welcomed, safe, and well taken care of. Alison and Eric were amazing—professional, fun, and full of humor and jokes that kept the kids laughing and relaxed the entire time. From the staff who booked our tickets over the phone to check-in and check-out, the whole experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
