The store is bright, clean, and beautifully organized, with a great selection of products ranging from premium fragrances and skincare to top spirits, chocolates, and travel essentials. They are always ready to assist with product recommendations or price checks, and their service adds a personal touch that makes the experience smooth and pleasant. Prices are competitive, with genuine duty-free deals on well-known brands. I also appreciated the efficiency at the checkout — fast service even during busy hours. A perfect stop to start your journey on a high note.

Loved the duty free there. Lots of discounts and offers. Chocolates ,perfumes, cosmetics, Swarovski crystals outlet. Everything was there loved it 😻

Spoiled for choice but remain appalled at the pricing policies. Not helped by removal of VAT refunds if leaving uk.

huge selection of liquor. the sales persons try and say that liquors are hard to find in other countries but just search on your phone as they were wrong about a lot. the line was quick to go through since there are multiple self- checkout stations. i received a coupon after my purchase but i was flying international and purchased everything i needed in one go.. the representative next to me told me that i couldn’t give to another person to use

The usual duty free "shopping mall" of airports from all around the world. It has all the usual wares from liquor - including a very decent number of good gins - parfymes, cigarettes, sweets, and what not... As all travelers for Gatwick are marched through the duty free, you also have all sorts of people, including those who have no time for any of the wares, those that must stop again and again to inspect everything, and those who almost gag from the many smells...

Spend quite a bit ion some fragrance…promised a ‘gift’ of a purse size Alien Goddess only to find it empty when I went to use it. Disappointing

Very pleasant service and knowledgeable staff. I had a question about the packaging of a cologne and the staff was able to answer my question!

You can buy pretty much anything you could want. The deals could be better though considering its duty free.
