Wow - what can I say, an incredible event managed by Fernando and team from Pickle & Brine. I recently celebrated my 50th birthday, and thanks to Pickle and Brine, it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment they arrived, their team exuded professionalism, warmth, and an unmistakable passion for what they do. Every dish was a masterpiece — beautifully presented, bursting with flavour, and thoughtfully curated to suit the occasion. Guests are still raving about the food, from the inventive canapés to the exquisite mains and indulgent desserts. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the service was seamless throughout the evening. Pickle and Brine didn’t just cater the event — they elevated it. If you're looking for caterers who combine culinary excellence with genuine hospitality, look no further. Pickle and Brine made my milestone celebration unforgettable, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I had high expectations, they totally blew these out the water. I used Fernando and his amazing Pickle & Brine team after having them (where I was a guest) at a friends birthday BBQ. I cannot recommend them highly enough, plenty of choice on food / courses including allergy options too. Super flexible, so easy to organise, every dish is so delicious. They set up and clean down so you wouldn't even realise they've been. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We booked Fernando for our wedding. We wanted a relaxed, casual day with family, friends, laughter, good food and drink. Fernando and Alice nailed it. The food was fantastic, it tasted and looked great and everyone raved about it. They were both professional but also down to earth and friendly. We had rented a large beautiful house in Waldron, East Sussex, for a weekend of family celebrations. To complete the occasion we'd booked Fernando to cook for us on the Saturday night. We were after a relaxed outdoor evening, rather than a formal sit-down affair, and Pickle and Brine looked to be the perfect solution. I can honestly say Fernando exceeded all expectations by far! From the moment he arrived to set up until the time he left he was calm, efficient and friendly. He adapted his time-scales to fit in with children's bed-times which can't have been easy when creating such amazing dishes! And the food!!! It was absolutely wonderful! The smell of it slowly cooking over the fire-pit definitely got our gastric juices flowing! There was such a variety of flavours and textures, it's almost impossible to describe but every mouthful was thoroughly enjoyed by each and everyone. (And there was more than enough so we could enjoy left-overs the following day!) I can't thank Fernando enough for helping to make our celebrations extra special.
