Good when they're open but they never open up on time. So many times have gone there on the way to work only to find they still not open (they claim to open at 10am)

I have shopped here since it opened. The staff are fantastic, great shop with fantastic range to choose from. Huge shout out for Tom who hooked me up with my first Drip tank today. He showed me everything I needed to know to get working. Really pleased. THANKS TOM

Love this shop, was served today by Tom, that lad really knows his stuff. Wanted to move onto RDA, gave me the rundown on the sets on offer in the store, chose one I liked the look of and bought it, being new to it Tom showed me how to build the deck, and was always giving valuable advise all the time, left the shop one happy bunny, cheers Tom

Called in today to replace my old mod. A great shop with a fantastic selection of devices and liquids. Very professionally run. It's clear straight away that the staff know what they are talking about and their main interest is to get you set up with the kit that suits you best. I will be a returning customer due to the experience I had today.

Its a really bad shop they sell you products that they registered in someone else name and then they say they got it like this from the supplier and blame all the suppliers second time i was wronged by them and not happy and wont be going back ….

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Always a friendly welcoming atmosphere with a great range of products at reasonable prices.. Got to know the owner and this is a family run business. Fantastic **Update** I have bought a few bits from here since I found this store.. Unfortunately two of the units I bought have had faults. These were manufacturers faults and on one occasions my device was out of warranty.. The staff gave me a replacement device and offered to still fix mine.. They discovered it was broken and although out of warranty (only 2days) they still replaced it... The second one had a slight build issue again not a fault of the shop.. They again gave me a replacement and repaired my device.. It's been returned today and is as good as new!! Working all over London Iv been to lots of vape shops over the past few years to assist in giving up smoking. This was the only one that assisted me correctly and today is day 100 without a smoke... By far the best vape shop/franchise around.. Tom in the Horley store knows his stuff and is happy to show you step by step how things work.. Great friendly atmosphere and staff here and would highly recommend!! Cheers guys!!
