Very impressed. Long time web user, recent store convert. Great parking right next door at The Taps - free for an hour. Dillan was great, making sure I got the most for my money and the right liquid for my needs from the extensive selection. Very customer centric and great attitude. Highly recommend.

First class customer service. I ordered online and when Royal Mail (standard delivery) delivered a damaged parcel with an item missing, the customer service team replaced the item for free and gave me an extra free bottle of vape oil. I honestly expected to be told there was nothing they could do as it was Royal Mail’s fault. The shop always has great offers on too and very knowledgeable staff, I can’t recommend them highly enough!
