We had a fantastic time with our boat rental. The boat was in perfect condition. It was clean and ran great. It had a depth guage, and we could hook our phone up through the bluetooth. The price was very reasonable too. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning. I'm going to get a membership next season. What a great way to have a boat, without all the hassle and expense. I highly recommend this business.

YBC is one of the GEMS of the Chain! It started years ago with Kevin taking good care of not only his clients, but anyone who was in need on the water. Emme is now the GM and YBC is in great hands once again. She is all about the customer experience, and has a friendly hard working team of Dock Hands. I highly recommend them if you need to rent a boat, just fill up, or to store your boat. They do a great job all around!

The team here is great! The young men and women are so helpful and informative. They help you out and in if it’s been a bit since you were on a boat. The boat was clean and ready when we arrived. We will certainly return in the future and try some of the other boat options too! Thanks for a fun day!

Staff was very friendly and helpful however the boats are not well maintained and we got stranded with a dead battery. Would highly recommend getting a flare gun if your cell service is not great in the area. Would not be too upset if the time we rented the boat was pro rated but unfortunately they were unable to refund any of the money deposited for the rental. Price was reasonable but if you have children or people who are not athletic enough to swim a few miles to shore I cannot recommend this place based on safety.

The folks there (John and Christian come to mind, but literally everyone we worked with) took such special care of us, and it was SO appreciated. The boat ROCKED. Clean and in great shape. All my touristy questions were answer professionally with a smile, and they also made all of us feel at home, especially our 88 year old mom!! See you next year!

We had planned this trip for over a month, expecting it to be as wonderful as we had imagined. Unfortunately, we were utterly disappointed. From the moment we arrived until the end of the trip, it was evident that the customer service team lacked the training and competence to manage this establishment properly. Our disappointment peaked when we returned the boat at the end of the trip and were shocked to learn that we had to pay $120 for damage to the motor blades, which we did not cause. The bigger shock came when an employee informed us that this happens with every new renter, as if it were a mandatory charge for everyone. Wouldn't it be better to include this fee in the contract from the outset instead of this farce? When we asked to speak to a supervisor, the manager's assistant told us that she was the only one in charge and that we had no option but to pay. The situation worsened when another employee dealt with us rudely, demanding that we leave the premises immediately in a provocative and unprofessional manner, stating that they didn't have time to talk to us. I strongly advise against dealing with them; they completely ruined our day.
