Big Juicy Vapes

I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years at least. I can honestly say being useless is an understatement for these guys. In the past 3 years whenever I go in there they never ever have what I need and I almost every time purchased a new device because they never have what I needed like basic coils. They only sell stuff related to Pods, I'm sorry but for a vape shop you should accommodate to anyone that uses any device. I went in there today as they one.of the only shops locally open til late and did they have what i needed? Of course not! Don't go here if u have have any device bigger then a pod they won't be able to help you with anything

so i saw the sign outside talking about CBD and i was like instantly like i need to talk to someone in the store, i got vitality CBD e juice the cheapest version 300mg, its been really good so far what have i noticed so far 1. ralaxing similar to weed very good for falling asleep which is why i got it 2. sometimes tingling sensations 3.my mood seems to be calmer through out the day 4.slightly better prolonged focus through out the day (mid week) the guy that helped gave me loads of info before i made a purchase so he was very helpful, not your average store clerk, and gave me loads of info, i had already been researching cbd oil for months so the info he gave me was good. try him out i reckon ill be back to buy more as he is at the bus stop on my way home ... nice guy

Banging shop, great hardware and juices and an awesome atmosphere. Nice to head down to Big Juicy Vapes and chill out with the friendly staff for a few hours. They also have a LOADS of tester tanks to try some of the juices in sale. Get yourself down here and pick up some doozy vape juice and a Sigelei Spectrum Kaos for a really good price!!

Went here yesterday (Gants Hill). Nice shop but got totally ripped off on a new vape purchase. Paid £40 for a vape that sells for £20 and under online and double the amount for a pack of spare coils. Yes I should have done some research but you'd like to think you can trust a staff member. This is a small business that needs return trade. This is not how you get it.

Purchased a kit that within a week stopped working, went back and they said they’ll look into it. Called me up a few days later saying it has been fixed, took it home and guess what sill broke. Refused a refund or store credit, took the device back and promise to call me back within a few days. It’s been over a week and still haven’t heard back. Unprofessional and extremely poor customer service, do not recommend. Disposables are pricier than the competition, avoid
