Guy was mega helpful fixing me up with a new vape suitable for me and one to use that’s easy with the bits I needed too! Use these guys regular too for my liquids and coils. Loyalty scheme is great as I got a little money off too!

These young lads provide some of the best customer service of any business. They're polite, curtious and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help and assist with you selecting the correct products or devices for your need and they do this with real class and compassion for their customers, without the sleezy salesman approach. My Brother in law and I went in here looking for some advice on quitting smoking. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to go over various options with us. He recommended a beginner vape and a liquid bundle for a discounted price with a loyalty card. Excellent customer service and a really friendly environment. Definitely recommend 5*

The King’s Lynn Medusa Juice company branch has the best customer care and helpful staff members. So pleased with their support over a few years. They take their time to welcome customers and give ideas on which vape product suits the customer better. Not only that, you don’t have to queue for long as they are quick with each customer. The layout of the shop is impressive with each vape brand separate from each other. Overall, I would rate them 10/10! Well done Medusa Juice King’s Lynn :)
