What a lovely experience at Fantasia today, only went in for one gun and came out with 2. So friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything I needed to know regarding both guns. I'm more than happy with the John Wayne replica. Thank you Mick

Went in to buy my first air rifle. The guy in the counter took his time to explain all of the pros and cons of the ones he had in stock, and let me get a feel for each rifle. Amazing customer service, very happy with my purchase

Me and my partner have bought multiple things from this store and they have been helpful, friendly and informative each time. They are happy to help even after purchase. A magazine broke as I loaded it wrong and they helped fix it and ordered another one without charge. We go nearly every week now. I bought my first gun from there and I love it. Scott is great to talk to and always friendly every time we go in.
