My closest local park has a lovely playarea for kids up to 12 yrs. Two tennis courts that could do with a bit of TLC. A football/basketball court again in need of some attention. and lots of outdoor gym areas and trails. It also has a band stand where they occasionally do live music and they have toilets and and cafe with outside seating. Most recently, they have erected a statue in honour of little Ella that died from excessive pollution in the area, worth a visit if you live locally.

It should be a lot better park than it is. Way too much rubbish about, overflowing bins, dog poop and play areas unkempt. Such a shame as it is a good open space. Councils need to bring park keepers back for all parks, not just the royal parks or those in gentrified areas. The tennis court is so run down along with a couple of other areas.

Went for a walk and coffee and cake with the family at this park. It’s a very big and lovely park. We prefer to visit during the quieter times. This park as an outdoor gym, play ground, cafe and public toilets. There is a community garden too but doesn’t look maintained at all apart from that this is an amazing park for the whole family.

What a lovely family friendly, chilled out green space this is! The locals are fortunate indeed to have it. I went specifically to see the statue of Ella, the little girl who was determined to have died due to the poor air quality, in our city, which was unveiled, a few days ago. It was poignant that the statue was the same height and size, as the child when she passed away. Her mother is to be commended for her tireless work in her child's name, to raise awareness and fight the authorities about the environmental factors which contributed to her death. Without doubt, she would much rather her daughter were still with her but, nevertheless, she has done her child's memory, proud.

What a treat. I had heard about this park but had never actually been there. Until that day...well, I tell you. What a vibe. It is such a nice park. Seeing the kids playing , families doing their own thang, people chillin. Everyone together but not together. The children playing and laughing. The cafe caffing, the loos looing. It was so nice here. I thoroughly enjoyed myself here and look forward to coming again soon. This park is a real park...

I'm going to review the features and services within this park and then give my overall review. Starting with: Space: This park is massive. There's so much space everywhere even after all the features within it which is really nice. There are a lot of benches and sitting areas throughout the park for those looking to just relax and enjoy the weather. Features: There are a so many features within the park such as: Gym area Play area for kids Ice cream truck stop Basketball court x2 Public Garden / Orchid Coffee Shop w/ Halal hot dogs Tennis court x 2 Foot ball area x2 Table tennis table Bike parking It's worth noting that the listed features were all well kept and in good condition. Services: The ice cream truck and the coffee shop are some of the key services available within this park. You can get an ice cream for 99p which is a really nice price especially for those visiting with their family. Hygiene: The whole park was really clean, which is an impressive feat considering its size. There's a handful of bins spread out throughout the park incase you have some litter you need to dispose off. Summary: Overall, this park is really good and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit or walk through like I did.

This park is a gem for Lewisham. 2 free tennis courts, one basketball court, ping pong table, outdoor gym equipments, big play area, children’s playground with sandpit. For the garden lovers there is a community garden with fruit and veggies and lovely wooden benches to sit and relax. There is a formal garden as well with roses and flowering climbers. Has got a band stand and because of the big open space is used for big events. There is a cafe in the centre and toilets as well. The woodlands are amazing for running, having a walk with the dog or exploring. The view from the top is great.
