Taverna Catering

We had the pleasure of working with Taverna Catering for our event and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the team was professional, flexible, and attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and plentiful. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the dishes, and everything was served on time and with a smile. The staff went above and beyond, working so hard throughout the evening while always remaining friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality catering for any occasion.

Taverna catered our wedding this month and were 10/10 on all fronts! We opted to try the tasting menu where they came to our flat and prepared different dishes for us to try, this was a really fun experience and helped us decide our wedding day menu. The food was excellent and Giordano & Simona were friendly, professional and left the kitchen the cleanest it's ever been. We were assured that they would be an excellent choice for our wedding and we were not wrong! Francesco communicated quickly and clearly throughout the booking process and fielded all of my questions and concerns, including last minute additions and changes. The Taverna team visited the venue ahead of the day so we felt in safe hands that they would be able to deal with the many stairs... Most importantly, they delivered excellent food and service on the day. The food was consistently delicious with many guests commenting and having multiple servings. The serving portions were generous so we did not need to worry about empty stomachs. I look forward to eating Taverna's food again and would not hesitate to recommend them. <3

Taverna provided outdoor catering for a family event. My family loved the food - we had lasagne, vegetarian moussaka, fish and salads. And still room for tiramisu and lemon meringue pie! There was plenty of delicious food, beautifully laid out and served by Giordano and his mother Simona, which was an honour. I know what hard work.the hospitality industry is, and it's always good to use small, family- run companies. As well as top-notch food, they were easy to communicate with on the lead up to the event, being flexible and accomodating (e.g of dietary requirements and there being no power on site), were punctual, efficient and left the place without any rubbish etc. I would definitely hire Taverna Catering again and highly recommend their services. They helped take the occasion to another level. THANK YOU 😊

We booked Taverna for a corporate summer party and it couldn’t have been better. The Greek-inspired buffet with lamb kofta, roasted aubergine and couscous salad was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Everyone kept going back for seconds! The service was professional but also warm and family-like. Highly recommend.

We booked Taverna for our wedding and so happy that we did. All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Communication leading up to the event was excellent. The buffet food was beautifully presented and so so delicious. Would definitely recommend Taverna as we had an excellent experience with them.

Fantastic team, service and food! Our clients loved it - especially the calamari skewers, chicken skewers and arancini with truffle! We would definitely use Taverna catering again for our events and would recommend them to everyone!

We recently booked Taverna for a private birthday party. The space we had for them to work in was limited but they were so efficient, they made everything look very easy. The BBQ food was delicious, as were the italian style canopes. They left everything completely spotless at the end. But more importantly the whole team were so warm and friendly and really felt like part of the party. Thank you everyone at Taverna. Highly recommend.

Taverna catered breakfast, lunch and champagne hour for us over two days and they were fantastic. The food was fresh, delicious and consistently well presented. Every meal felt thoughtfully put together and guests kept commenting on how good everything was. Gio and the team were amazing to work with. They were friendly, on time and super professional. Gio made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We'd happily work with them again.
