I just found my new local vape shop. Great selection of mods and e-liquids. The best part is they have all of them available for sample with clean drip tips given, as well as a chill out lounge. Staff are very knowledgable on products and the atmosphere feels relaxed; definitely a must go to place. I just bought my 99%VG liquids which I have wanting for some time, I just wish they had more 99% VG in various fruit flavours.

I've been to a LOT of vape shops in my time. I visited this shop as i was looking for a new flavour. I expected the guy behind the counter to be a little excited about wowing me with new flavours, but in all honesty, i've seen more enthusiasm in a wet towel. In the end i just walked out.. didn't even say good bye. Won't ever be returning again!

These guys are amazing!! I went into their store looking to buy an RTA as my old coils kept giving me dry hits and I was after flavour and they recommended a choice of RTA's giving me opinions from their experience with each tank. I then went for the Vandy Vape Kensei. As this was my first RTA they taught me how to build it so I get the best out of vaping. Along with this they have a range of flavours you can try out there. All I can say is i'm very happy with the tank, and can't stop vaping on this. Overall Andy and Julienne know their stuff. They are great on price. They have a whole range of flavours to choose from. This will definitely be my local vape shop.

I like this shop and it's the only one I use at the moment. The staff are down to Earth and helpful. The prices are competitive. Perhaps could benefit from two staff at busier times, and I find the item stock is inconsistent, which is the only reason I knocked a point off. Great place

This is the best looking vape shop I've been in, from my experience this means that you have to pay premium prices for things but everything here was exceedingly cheap. Great guys and a friendly atmosphere, will make this my new vape shop!

Amazing customer service, guys there really know their stuff. I quit smoking 4 months ago with their help, and they never try to sell what you don’t need. Good prices and a huge variety of liquids.

Placed an order online, received a shipping notification but over a week later item still not received. Have tried phoning, emailing, IMessage and message via website but absolutely no response. There is no excuse for poor customer service. Will be contacting PayPal for a refund if they can't be bothered to reply. UPDATE 3 weeks after I placed the order I have received a refund from PayPal with no contact from the seller or explanation. I would strongly advise using PayPal or credit card if you do decide to order with this company as they took my money and then completely ignored me. Not sure how I would have fared trying to get a refund had I used a debit card. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again.
