I’ve visited this place quite a few times and I think it’s become mine and my families regular. Firstly I think the customer service I’ve received from the lovely ladies In here is amazing! They make my experience really enjoyable and that’s the reason why I’m a returning customer. The drinks we have had so far is really yummy and bursting with flavours the ones I have been recommended by the girls have been really nice. And they variety aswel, alit to pick from at a great price! Thank you

I tried the Berrie bubble tea and it was delicious! The person who attended me was absolutely lovely we had a really nice chat about her experience with prices in Thailand, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Great service and a warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the Biscoff bubble tea next time!

website doesn't work, no-one answers the phone, i rang 3 times, you are forced to go there in person just to check if they have something. They don't stock popular vape's or vape juices. I've been there 3 times over the years and ive never been able to buy something im looking for. However staff are pleasent and helpful.

Yesterday I went to vape lagoon and bought their new flavour they were testing which is bubblegum cola ice. Firstly, the customer service is excellent, shop looks amazing however guys this flavour really let you down and it’s overpriced. Firstly, it hardly tastes of cola and I didn’t have a hint of that icy feeling at all. Really disappointed and wouldn’t pay £6 for it again. However, will come back for possibly disposables vapes.
