All the staff in this shop are just so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldnt recommend this place enough. Big shout out to Ben always goes above and beyond in customer services.

Great people amazing atmosphere chated with smooth puff what a legend sorted me out with a new pod device and had great chat about bypass we will know haha 😄 will always recommend from VPZ cheers guys

Sam and Toinen were fantastic today. Always have a smile and a laugh. Great upsetting from Toinen. Ended up getting 5 strapped for the price of 4. Loving it. Great team in Lowestoft

I always use VPZ. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable with their advice and you just know the products are of the highest quality. Popped into my local branch today with my friend where I saw Bobby dressed as The Grinch 😁 Lovely that he always remembers me and greets me with my name. It’s like meeting friends. Well they are friends. Thoroughly recommend this store xxx

First time in Lowestoft, came in for a quick chat, ended up staying for over an hour with the extremely friendly staff and brilliant customer service, in particular both Toinen and Bobby were extremely friendly and kind the entire time. As well as Sam the manager coming out to sort out orders and again, being super helpful and extremely friendly to chat with.

I brought a mvp pod kit .... its doesn't charge and getting any kind of refund is difficult. Had to wait 30mins to see if I was lieying. Shown bank statement that I brought it. But still will not refund or credit note
