Sheephouse Manor Cottages

We had a six week stay at Sheephouse Manor in 2 different cottages. The cottages are spotlessly clean and have all the essentials required. |Caroline is very welcoming and helpful if you need anything. |There are beautiful grounds and it is always quiet except for the sound of nature. A walk by the Thames is only a short distance away.

What a fantastic gem of a place. We stayed for just over a month with our two dogs whilst waiting to complete on a house purchase. The accommodation is lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner, Caroline makes you feel very welcome and keeps the grounds, gardens and floral displays immaculate. We even had fresh eggs from her chickens. If you are looking for a pet friendly location then this is the place

It’s a very nice place to stay for short and long term. Perfect location, very comfortable and the host Carolina is so kind and helpful. I totally recommend this place after I stay with my family for 3 month!!

I stayed at cottage 5 for 2 months and I felt very home from home!! Very comfortable ( especially the bed) There was a large patio area and garden to enjoy when the sun shone! Caroline was always prompt in dealing with a few minor issues but at the same time discreet! Great local bus from outside the cottages and lovely walks along the river Thames nearby! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you again Caroline!

We recently spent two weeks in the West Wing which is a charming holiday cottage, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The cottage was clean, well-maintained, and easy to find, making our arrival stress-free.||The location is ideal for day trips, with London just 30 minutes away by train from Maidenhead. We also loved that there were plenty of parks nearby and a boat hire just five minutes down the road. This gave us a perfect balance of exploring and relaxing.||Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, especially during the hottest days of our stay. The trampoline and zipline were big hits too. We found the West Wing to be cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.||Caroline, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to return one day and highly recommend this cottage to others looking for a memorable family holiday.

Stayed in a lovely little cottage with my 2 cats. Location is ideal and picturesque, surrounded by fields but also close enough to towns. Cottage was clean, supplies were provided and it had everything I needed. Plenty of parking and other facilities. Would recommend for a holiday or even if you just need somewhere to stay for a bit.

Sheephouse Manor is a great resource for all people between properties. They offer short and longer term lets and the owner, Caroline, is ever helpful should your first estimate of let needed overruns.|The properties are all well kept with free parking, pet friendly enclosed patios, free fast wifi, and all services and heating included.||The grounds are delightful with chickens, squirrels, birdlife and the owners two Bichon frieze!||Good dog walking on Battlemead Common and the nearby Thames path.

Thank you for a lovely few weeks.||Our children especially loved the flamingo and crocodile in the pool in the 🌞. The zip wire, trampoline and🐔 were a hit too. ||A great pet friendly base in an ideal location with lovely walks close by. The host Caroline was very accomodating. Thank you!
