Took my mum for her birthday as she had been itching to go for some time, and always mentioned when talking about trips there. As always, the food was exceptional, along with the staff being attentive, friendly, and approachable. Have never had anything other than a fantastic time here.

A very nice experience. Only disappointment was the vegetarian option. Thought for a Michelin star place, I would have expected something better than beans on baked potato for the main. We travelled 200 miles for that.

The accommodation is really well appointed, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom is generous, with good facilities. The bedroom is very small - so small that the wardrobe is located in the bathroom as it wouldn't fit in the bedroom. The biggest issue with Apple House is the noise - it's situated right next to a nightclub, with loud music playing until the early hours. My wife and I weren't able to sleep until 2am - hardly the relaxing break we'd hoped for.

Never has a place less deserved it reputation than this. Massively overpriced for what you get, which is not much more than good quality pub grub. Service is all nice and attentive, but the final joke is they kick you out when your time is up, because they want to do two sittings each night. They literally brought us our coats as we were sitting there finishing our meal. Spend a third of the price elsewhere and you will eat better.

We had steak both times we visited, I feel I could eat the steak every day and not be disappointed. Love the vibes and the coziness. Going again soon!

H&F have made the accommodation setup work perfectly with their dining offerings. Beautiful room, fully equipped, with assistance a short call away. I love that you have your personal driver only moments away, while also being smack-bang in the middle of Marlow High Street. Those special treats for guests too... wow... home made chocolates and cookies, and the malted milk and picnic hamper to greet you on return from the restaurant was a real surprise. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Lovely place and some nice attentive touches. Food was good, not mind blowing, but good. Accommodation is quaint, charming...but make sure you ask for a room at the back (not facing out onto the high street) the noise till late and general urban noise does not sit well with the rest of the night.

What can I say.... it's really really nice but the privacy element could be slightly improved perhaps. A window next door could peer down and the trellis could be taller Had a wonderful experience though and would recommend the hand and flowers to anyone
