Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The building and parkinh lot are new so it looks nice from the outside but i tell ya, you spend 35$ on some popeyes and you get 2 bites of red beans and then they also give you mild instead of spicy. Come on what are these portions? Gave me just enough red beans to make me imagine the flavor of red beans. And i had to pull up and WAIT on this food. So they had plenty of time to get my order correct. Fast food really isnt that hard.

I work here I've seen y'all's one star ratings me and myself will always ensure to check your order. If you are still dissatisfied about the food I will try my hardest to ensure that next time you come to our location I'll try and do better next time. I know since I've been working here I've seen more staff have a lot more hospitality towards workers and customers. I hope y'all have a good day at our location.

This is the first time that I have been here in a while and I can say I will never come back to the Popeyes here in Poplarville. The staff was not trained very well at all, and kept messing up the orders at the register. It also took forever, and my friend even ordered tenders and they gave him bone in chicken. Nobody that was eating here was happy and they kept having to ask for more stuff that the staff forgot. I can honestly say this is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to, and it was very unorganized! The only thing I can say positive was that after waiting 10 minutes for someone to ask you what you needed they were willing to fix the mistakes they made.

I waited at least an hour in the drive thru( only person in line,and tops 2 cars parked there of people eating already inside) it took like 20 minutes for them to come back to the speaker after saying"can you hold up a second", again 20 minutes and they weren't packed or even semi busy. So I had a mobile order,I say my name,I get up to the windows and the kid says"we don't have pickle glaze" so I say ok make them both spicy. He asks me to go up to the other windows (again nobody else is there) I wait for at least 40 minutes and finally gets a smashed bag of 2 cold( I mean what was the wait for?) Chicken sandwiches smushed. Never again, poplarvilles popeyes is a disgrace

Strike 3 and you're out! This location has had nothing but problems since it has opened, I had heard things had gotten better so I tried a 3rd time because I enjoy the Popeyes chain but after this attempt it's obvious this location is never going to get it together and I recommend you avoid this particular Popeyes at all cost. From rude staff, sub par food and out of menu choices that's what's served in this location.

Absolutely the worst all around in everywhere. Never in my life posted a review on line this one deserves a the post. Had to put a start up for it to let me write a post if zero stars was option it would be a zero

This is one of the worst locations you could possibly go. The employees are nasty, slow, and not very clean with the food. The staff are always disorganized and extremely slow. You NEVER get what you order. One employee had some type of weird eye lashes on in which you never knew if she was looking at you or not. I will be contacting the health department for such a horrible, nasty restaurant.

Let me just start by saying how much of a disgrace this Popeyes is. The food is terrible, the service is terrible, they never do your order right. My mother stopped and picked up dinner for me, herself and someone else, and it never fails to disappoint me on how bad the food is. So bad to the point where I have got food poisoning twice, not once but twice. And I'm about to make a report to corporate because this type of service is unacceptable. Do something about your store and maybe I might just give y'all another shot at it. Btw I always get the classic chicken sandwich and I recommend it usually but it always gets me sick. Either someone isn't cooking it all the way or y'all are leaving it up on the heat for hours.

There wasn’t any sauce on the wings I ordered. There was a line of people in the lobby and the manager was showing the crew members videos and they were laughing while everyone was waiting. I did a mobile order because I couldn’t get service at the counter and then there was no sauce on my wings when I got home. The place had dirty old food on the lobby floor swept into a pile and just left there. This place is chaos. I’ll go to picayune or Hattiesburg or Wiggins before I’ll go there ever again. UPDATE: I still haven’t been back and all I see is bad reviews from the Poplarville Popeyes. Terrible
