What a nice experience. Kind people. Good food. Tasty strawberry shake. Please note: The K1 supervisors at this location should be more thoughtful about people who have not experienced ricing karts, they shouldn't be in the same rice with those who have experienced. This is a potential reason for an accident and no one wants that. Otherwise this place is wonderful.

The racers are fast for sure. Occasionally there may be a defective car. Good instructors will assist. They are careful about safety and will warn people who have less than stellar spatial skills. The venue is clean. Wish they had a better gaming area.

If you want to experience fast gokarts, this is the place to go. Nice and clean atmosphere too, since the karts are all electric (no fumes). A little pricey but lots of fun!

The following was sent to the company via email as well: Today was my first visit to your establishment and I was treated exceptionally by the reception staff. I was very impressed with the place and was excited to drive. When it came time to do so, the entire vibe shifted. I was given my instructions last, and even my partner and I were seated last. My questions were met with annoyance and I felt like I was being avoided entirely. When I started driving, they looked like they had seen a ghost, because I drove extremely well, losing by less than 1 second. Second time around, they were kinder, but I didn’t realize why until I started driving. I realized that not only did they give me a vehicle that didn’t accelerate at even 1/2 the speed of the vehicle assigned in the first race, I also realize they gave me one without working brakes. So, I went full speed (how convenient!) into the wall about a minute in because my brakes wouldn’t work, I gained an additional 6 seconds on my average, and I got thrown around a lot in general because I could NOT brake. I had my foot FLAT in the gas and I never accelerated when I wanted to, only on corners, causing me to lose control often. I could physically feel my vehicles power being throttled. I know they can control the speed, and I know that they were abusing it - dare I say to hurt me (at best embarrass me). I had a terrible time, and I wasn’t even smiling anymore. I was just ready to get out of the vehilce and leave the building. I don’t know what the hell has gotten into your staff on the track, but you need a whole new one ASAP before someone with less patience than me sues you into oblivion. Get it together.

Had our son’s 10th bday party there at the end of January. It was great. Pretty much worry free the whole party. The room was perfect & there was enough food & drinks for everyone. Staff was extremely helpful & kind. Next time I get to race!

I wish you had a way of letting the client know when is there to turn like a text. Is really hard to hear when they call people out in the racing area ( a suggestion, maybe a tv or type of screen that could show names). Other than that, everything was good .

The process to get checked in took way too long and we were not informed we would not be able to race for 2.5 hours. We were there at opening and only a few in front of us in line. The issue wasn’t the wait, but that we were not informed there would be a 2.5 hour wait before our first race. We paid for 3 races. We were also not aware you didn’t do the races back to back. We had to exit the cars and wait 10-20 minutes between each race. We were there for about 3.5-4 hours, way too long. The racing was fun though.
