had a really "weird" water leak- rodent apparently chewed through water line. Within a few hours of shutting off water, PuroClean showed up to assess the damage and began clean-up. First thing next morning, two technicians showed up. They worked diligently and got gross water removed. They turned on multiple dryers and within two days, rug appeared dry. However, they left on an additional day to be sure of dryness. They removed dryers, cleaned ceiling tile debris and replaced ceiling tiles. Amazingly professional. Recommend most highly. Marty

PuroClean did a great job. Mitch was really easy to work with and my basement is completely dry. I hope to never need them again but I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had to

Mitch and his team were exceptional right from the outset. There was clarity in the communication, from giving us the estimate, to explaining the remediation process, prepping the area for remediation to the clean up, everything was top-notch. The guys who did the work were polite and worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was left in place once the work was complete. I highly recommend PuroClean and Mitch Cohen’s team.

I cannot say enough good things about Mitch and his team of angels!!! When I walked into my home and it was raining inside, I nearly passed out! I am a busy single mom and business owner with a crazy schedule and Mitch was so understanding and accommodating during one of the most stressful times in my life. I Was so impressed and grateful for the work that they did and I would totally recommend them to anyone going through similar circumstances. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Mitch!

I've worked with Mitch a couple of times now and can't speak highly enough about him and his crew. Mold remediation is a tricky thing to navigate as a homeowner, and I've found PuroClean to be highly professional, fairly priced, and effective at getting the job done thoroughly. On top of that, Mitch and his crew are very friendly. My wife especially appreciated how they made sure to say high to our 1 year old son and close the baby gates every time they came through. You can't go wrong hiring PuroClean!

The PuroClean team was efficient, timely, professional and an all around pleasure to work with. The decision to chose them as the service provider for our needs proved to be wise. We would definitely use them again if the need arises and will certainly feel comfortable recommending them to anyone that needs this type of service. Thanks very much to Mitch, Justin and the rest of the crew for a job well done.

The entire crew did a fantastic job assessing and remediating the damage to my house caused by a leak. The whole team was courteous, professional, and friendly, and (heaven forbid) I experience another leak, I'll be calling the folks at PuroClean again!

We had the most positive experience with PuroClean. Mitch, the owner, answered my call late in the day and was at our home that evening. He gave us a thorough inspection of the damage we had and what needed to be done to resolve it. He took the time to explain the process to us and ease our anxiety and worry. Mitch sent his team to our home the next day. They did an amazing job working to remove the mold and water damage we had incurred. They were friendly, clean and extremely trustworthy. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PuroClean of Nanuet!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the work that Puroclean did for me at my new home. After finding mold in the basement, I was panicked. After receiving a recommendation to call Mitch at Puroclean, I made the call and I am definitely happy I did. They were efficient, professional, reasonably priced and most of all assured me that all would be taken care of. Although I hope that I never have to have mold cleaned up again, I would definitely recommend Puroclean to anyone who has need of mold remediation to give them a call.
