Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs

This is a great hotel! The rooms are super clean and everyone is very friendly. They were very accommodating to my family and the breakfast is amazing!! Everyone left very full and very happy! I highly recommend this hotel!! Next time we come to the area, we will definitely be back! Thank Embassy Suites Saratoga!

Stayed one night, July 4th. Easy check-in at the helpful and friendly front desk. Had a room on the 5th floor facing downtown which provided us with an obstructed view of the fireworks. Cool.||The room was spacious and clean. The AC was efficient and quiet. The overall lighting was fine with switches at different ends of the rooms. All the windows had a black shade as well as a sheer shade. The sleeping area was a comfortable size as well as were the beds. The hotel honored our request for non-down pillows. The bathroom was nicely lit, including a light in the shower. The water pressure seemed fine.||We ate at the hotel restaurant twice. Dinner was okay. The menu was okay but limited due to the holiday. The service was very quick and friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty complete with almost any option one could prefer. They even had a make to order omelette bar. The eggs and potatoes I had were cooked fine.||They also have a decent fitness center and an indoor pool.||So, why not 5 stars?||Though the room was definitely quiet through the night to sleep, but water noises from other rooms could be heard. In addition, the door between the adjoining rooms provided almost no sound barrier. The most disappointing item was the sleeper couch. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit on to watch tv or read.||Would I stay here again? Possibly. Though I definitely would consider staying at an embassy suite when I travel elsewhere based on this one.

We walked to the track. Nicole hooked me up, she's super cool. Because my son woke up at 11, she let me grab him a quick bite as breakfast is free, but he missed it. People who work there get it, good vibe. High recommendation, allow dogs, location is good they have a few restaurants right in the same lot. Also live music and 2 free drinks per person at diamond club. Really liked this place. Gym a little small but gets the job done.

Perfect stay! Clean and spacious room, breakfast was excellent, WiFi was fast, staff was friendly, laundry was easy and affordable. Walking distance to downtown. Would recommend and stay again. King room for a family of four worked well. Free happy hour and indoor pool were nice perks

3rd visit here. The location is good and the rooms are clean. Views are also good from the room. Great breakfast with plenty of options and friendly helpful employees. |The parking is not the greatest as share lot with other business. Was not acknowledged as a rewards member when checked in. I saw welcome bags being given out but I was never given one until had to ask for. Overall great stay and will be staying again when visit in the future.

Stayed here for the first time this past weekend. The hotel is very nice. The entryway is beautiful, staff is all incredibly polite and helpful, and Everything is impeccable clean. There is a welcome reception each night with snacks, beer, wine, and some cocktails (though the bartenders description of what types of cocktails were included left us ordering wine). The included breakfast was really, really good. The star of the show this Sunday was the chef making the omelets. Not only was he friendly and personable, but he was incredibly organized and made us feel like it was his honor to cook for us. I wish I remembered his name! Probably the most varied breakfast I've had at a hotel. The King room was large and well laid out. My only two complaints were the couch needs to be replaced and the shower itself needs to be updated. But.....we still enjoyed the room! This was a great place to stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

This was my first stop for my son and I on a vacation on the way to see the NY Yankees play at Rogers Center in Toronto. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was outstanding. But it became evident in the late evening that the central AC was broken and there were no other available rooms for me to switch. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep. I subsequently learned that other visitors were also having AC problems in their rooms. In the end, I’ll never return here. I also stayed at the top rated Ontario Niagara Falls Hilton Double tree hotel where the room AC was at best poor. And on my way home I stayed at the number one rated on Trip Advisor Albany NY Hilton Homewood Suites where a defective room thermostat allowed the room temperature reading to swing by 4-5 degrees. Warm, cold, warm, cold, etc. Also never going back there again. So, what’s going on with Hilton hotels Fortunately, I stayed at the Intercontinental hotel in Toronto which was walking distance to the baseball game. It’s an outstanding hotel where guess what, the AC worked perfectly!!

This was our second time staying at this Embassy and we had a great time! The service was phenomenal and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I often travel with my husband and 2 young kids so it can be difficult, but the staff ensured that everything was taken care of. I had so much help in the morning with my two kids at breakfast. Especially want to thank Amber and Alex in the breakfast area for helping me every morning with the two kiddos! And Tabatha that helped us with dinner. You guys are wonderful!!!
