We needed a new retaining wall, staircase and wood chips put in. We decided to go with Creative Touch because they made the time to come out to see the job, the same day I called. Their personalities sold us as well as their ideas. We were a bit undecided on parts of the design but the team did a great job at explaining the differences between all of the material and pros and cons of each, so we could make the best choice for us. They we responsive when I called or emailed and they we right on schedule. When the rest of the team arrived, they were on time and very friendly. They knocked the job out in 3 days and the results are beautiful. They even filled and seeded part of my yard using some of the excess dirt they removed from the original structure. They exceeded our expectations and we will be using them again for other projects. You should too!

We had problems with rain runoff. They suggested 2 different options for drainage. It turned out the cheaper plan worked fine. And they did a great job in implementing. It has been about 2 months since with a lot of heavy rain and we've had no problems. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Five stars! We couldn't be happier with everyone at Creative Touch Landscaping. The owner Will has an excellent team of employees. We wanted to get rid of our old plants and flowers which were weeds and turn it to a maintenance free simple rock garden instead. Right from the start when Angie came over for our free estimate she was pleasant to work with, very professional and even gave us some good ideas. I got the estimate just a couple of days later and it was very reasonably priced. During this process I had the pleasure to meet Bela and Kim who work in the office and they were also very professional and pleasant. I was on the schedule in less than 2 weeks and Nahun, Javier and Walter just left a 1/2 hour ago and completed the job in one day. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job and the entire staff at Creative Touch Landscaping. Thank you Will and your amazing team.

Creative Touch Landscape Design listened to the objectives for our patio project and carried them out effectively and beautifully. The area where we wanted our patio required much prep work including stump removal and grading. We came up with changes during the construction and they accommodated our new ideas beautifully without any sign of frustration. The end result is beautiful and functional in the way we wanted. They are organized, show up on time, finish in a timely manner and for this and more I would highly recommend them for Patio and landscape design.

2025 UPDATE - while website and Facebook page are still active - NO LONGER AT PHYSICAL ADDRESS LISTED Excellent job, reasonably priced. Externed wall 18'. Team was responsive, got quality job done quickly.

Creative Touch did a beautiful job building our main paver patio and connecting it to unused yard space where we put in a fire-pit, retaining walls and seat wall. The yard looks really beautiful and they really stand by their work and made sure everything was done properly. Yes, I would use them again!

I can’t express how happy I am with work done on my home. The entire team was great and extremely professional. The work done is top notch and hit everything I wanted. A special shout out to Angie who put up with all my random questions, changes and concerns.
