I am delighted by the caring, helpful attention Spaw provides our ShihTzu on groom days. Seeing Winston wag his tail and give doggy kisses makes my day! The past year with Spaw grooming has been great. He looks picture perfect & he loves going back.

We have been doing business with Sarah since Spaw opened and continue to be pleased with her excellent service . Sarah’s kindness toward and attention to our dogs makes us all happy ! We highly recommend Spaw.

My fur-baby is a very anxious pup, and the people at Spaw have gone beyond what I would expect any grooming facility to go to ensure the comfort of my old man! I highly recommend this grooming facility. They are very knowledgeable and patient and have your pets best interests at heart.

My babies loved it. Sarah is knowledgeable, friendly, and answered any and all questions I had. She made me and my pets feel comfortable and they are ADORABLE.

Did not do well with my dog. His nails had To be tripped again (stated they couldn’t do it because he kept moving, as if there not equipped to find self calming techniques) also, called me earlier to pick him up after stating they’d keep him all day. Called me to get him early because he was barking excessively again (things there supposed to be equipped To handle). Would not recommend if you have a dog who isn’t super relaxed and easy to manage. Also could not see that he was actually “groomed”. Taking my dog to Durham for now as, as I’ve been doing. Also EXTREMELY pricey! For no reason!!

Such a caring staff! The energy was soothing and our great pyrenees mix needed that. He gets hostile when it comes to his matted coat but stayed much calmer than I anticipated. She is amazing! The compassion and love she has for her furry clients radiate from her. The cost was much less here than anywhere else I researched and with the quality of care, I would have paid more. I will not go anywhere else.

Best in Roxboro across the board! Very friendly, trustworthy, amazing with my pets, clean .. just over all amazing !

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Sarah and her daughter at Spaw are exceptional! Our pup Watson had never been to a groomer, is a full of energy, 1.5 year old, talkative, 65lb and wiggly and excitable working collie. He also has a collie coat that we had not done a great job of taking care of so and I was worried about leaving him somewhere, so it was important to find a groomer to work with that. Sarah was amazing, she let me and Watson visit prior to his groom so he could meet her and see the place and then she made both him and me comfortable with everything! His coat was in way worse condition than first assumed, and Sarah worked miracles! He had to come back for a second day to finish up and when we got out of the car he was SOOOO excited to be back at Mrs. Sarah's! He came out looking so handsome, and with his coat in the most beautiful condition. Sarah did a wonderful job and we can't wait to go back. Another note, I was so embarrassed at the state of his coat, that we had not done a good job of maintaining it and Sarah never once made me feel bad about it!
