Very good local for Vape supplies. Well priced and nice addition with loyalty cards. Friendly staff. Vaping helped me get off smoking. I was going through a lot of disposables spending a lot of money and this shop noticed my frequency and spending habits. Suggested a rechargeable pen and juices would save me a lot of money in the long run and be more beneficial. They was not wrong. Saved me lots of money, have a long standing customer and also show they care about their customers.

This is more than a vape shop! Ellen is amazing, if I'm having a rubbish day and need a boost of positivity I know where to go for a friendly chat! The range of fluids and devices are extensive and very reasonably priced, my husband and I won't go anywhere else for supplies. We are so grateful to Ellen for being such a brilliant listener, I swear she provides a public service and always goes beyond to make us feel like a welcome part of the DNA Vape family!

Best vape shop in Norwich, very friendly staff always ready to meet customers expectations, they will listening to you carefully and always find the best option, they are not trying to sell what is top on the shelf, they will sell stuff what you are looking for and what you need, absolutely best place to get in touch with, Im visiting them in couple of years and won’t go anywhere else, highly recommend. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always lots of choice, special offers and a bargain bin. Has been our regular shop for nearly two years, despite others being nearer. Slight issue with parking (because their busy) but the parking is right outside and off the road. Five stars Dave and Shirley
