Ministry Of Vape

On holiday and needed juice, bacon, coils and a new mod. Says it was open from 10am on a Wednesday. Arrived at 11:30. All closed up, no lights on, asked a couple of locals shops on when possibly open, and was advised that shop opens whenever the staff turn up which isn't very often. Well Ministry of Vape you've lost out on around £200.00. Brought a couple of disposable ones from Tesco and I'll go to my local Vape shop on my return home. Not a good way to get a good reputation and better reviews.

Turned up state was open and was shut .... looking at other reviews seems to be a common factor ... unless shop

Staff much better than previous ones. Far more knowledgeable and friendly in everyday. Would highly recommend this vape shop, goes out of his way to try and help solve any problems you have and doesn't push certain products onto you unlike previous staff did.

Bought a smok mico vape for my partner. Which was absolutely brilliant but unfortunately broke after a week. The chap in the shop went above and beyond to source us a replacement which was out of stock at the time. Top man!

Should be open ....its not !!!@ waste of space..better off shutting down

Only vape store in Stalham, so for the locals it’s the only option, it is by far the worst vape shop I’ve been to ever!!!! and I’ve been to many vape shops across the uk, staff have sold me out of date juice twice without telling me it’s out of date, one staff threatened me, never open on time, just all round bad.

I got one of these vapes to help me with social events while I’m quitting smoking. I had a problem with my mine so I went back and Jay the manager was very helpful and changed the part that was damaged with no fuss. Thank you.

What a lovely gentleman. He helped me choose a new Smok vape which suits me perfectly. Very friendly service!
