I go to this pub a lot, the staff are a joy and the beer is good. It's often busy as it's one of the best city centre pubs with great outdoor seating next to the market. You can order pizza from brick pizza next door - fantastic arrangement 😉

Great place to have a pint and people watch. Great selection of beers and even has its own shop. Didn’t order any food, but Brick is next door and you can eat that on the benches, lovely.

This is a cracking boozer, they have a great ethos and are happy for food from the market to be eaten at their premises while you enjoy their selection of beers, wine and spirits. They have a nice selection of snacks too.

Lovely establishment! The building in itself is very charming, with all of its little passageways and stairs. The staff were warm and friendly, the beer was jept well and the whole place had a very pleasant atmosphere. Good view from upstairs, as well. All in all, I would heartily recommend it.

Not sure what to say. An unusual building that seems to have several floors with not much on them. Nice bar downstairs and very city centre based. A couple tables outside but not a beer garden more just seats outside. Nice decor. Bit pricey but city centre. Pretty much in the market.

Lovely outdoor seating in an excellent location, on the day we came there was live music within earshot which made for an even nicer experience Lovely range of beers and ciders and a pleasant surprise of local foodstuff! The staff were very friendly, the place seems to have been recently redecorated and is very clean and modern Nice!

Nice old pub which allows you to get pizza from next door. Also supports the lady who helps you plant terrariums, she uses their premises to hold workshops where you can collect a bevvy from the pub.
