7G Mobile Repair Store and Vape Store

IPhone repair or NOT as the case may be. At the beginning of august I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max into 7G to get the slightly cracked screen fixed as it was stopping my facial ID working, I explained I needed this to work to access business banking and was going away the following day. The gentleman was very polite and I chatted for a while, I took the fixed phone away but as I reached the top of the high street the screen started jumping around without me touching Took it straight back and he changed the screen again, seemed to be ok. I flew early the next day and whilst at the airport I found I could no longer use the Face ID the reason I got the cracked screen replaced also I started having problems with the screen and it would move things about without me touching the screen. I called the shop and explained that I was now away but would come in as soon as I returned. I now had a two week holiday without a camera which was extremely sad. On return they changed the screen for the third time. Left shop still no Face ID they now said there must be an issue with the Face ID What well that’s what I went in for and paid £165 for repairs Oh no that’s just mending a screen Face ID is another £200 but I wouldn’t have paid £165 for a screen if I knew it would cost £365 in total I would’ve just got an upgrade They wouldn’t refund my £165 so I reluctantly went for Face ID fix which they said they’d contribute half too. However they sent to the lab for two weeks It ended up being 3 weeks parted with payment and guess what Face ID still doesn’t work also it tells me screen incompatible with phone They’re now saying they’re send away again but I made an arrangement that if it came back not working they would refund the original £165 and I had nothing to pay. But of course they won’t refund and 7 weeks later and £265 light I still don’t have a fully functional phone . It is also now overheating too How can they get away with this 4x it’s been in that ship and still not working DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE

Absolutely Amazing service and lovely staff ,went to get phone fixed was quoted over £150 at another shop for screen replacement ,went To 7G and only paid £90! Was also done in efficient time only 30 minutes,also purchased a vape and was given amazing offers😁💖

Absolute joke if i could leave a no star review thats what it would be!!!! went in on monday to get some new pods for my vape they said the had none in the guy in on the day called someone in there other shop to see if they had some and they said would be in wednesday so went back on wednesday and was then told friday and guess what the guy in the shop on friday said he was the guy that was ment to bring the delivery but didnt and was then told would be next week very bad custom service safe to say ill now take my bussiness else where from now on
